GENERAL RULES

Minimum Trading Days

• Evaluation: 5 days in each phase | To count as a trading day, the trade must remain open for at least 1 minute | No minimum trading days with add-on
• Funded: None

News Trading

• Evaluation Accounts: No Restriction
• Funded Accounts: No trading (opening or closing a market position, or executing a pending order, including stop loss and take profit orders) is allowed within 5 minutes before or after high-impact news. Profits made during this 10-minute window will be deducted (this is a soft breach).
• Profits from trades opened 48 Hours before high impact news and closed within the 10 minutes window won't be deducted.

Copy Trading

• Copy trading is allowed only between accounts you personally own (BrightFunded, other prop firms, retail broker). copying trades between different owners’ accounts is strictly prohibited.

• BrightFunded’s partnership with Prop Firm One enables you to extend your copy trading capabilities even further. PF1 allows traders to seamlessly copy trades across different proprietary firm accounts within a single platform, offering increased flexibility and a broader range of opportunities. This means that, in addition to BrightFunded’s internal copy trading feature, PF1 empowers users to manage trades across multiple firms, enhancing scalability and trading efficiency without breaching BrightFunded’s core rules. Expert Advisors (EAs)

• Allowed but must align with trading conditions and rules
• While EAs are allowed, not all third-party EAs are compatible with BrightFunded's platform environment.
  BrightFunded does not guarantee compatibility or performance of any external EA, and are not responsible for issues caused by non-compatible EAs

30 Days Inactivity Rule

• Must place at least one trade every 30 days or account will be deactivated, and if not reactivated via support within 6 months, it will be permanently closed.
• To count, the trade must remain open for at least 1 minute.

Overnight | Weekend Holding/Trading Crypto

Prohibited trading strategies and practices

• Hedging (between two or more different accounts, between Different Prop Firms, Across Different Trading Platforms, Hedging-Copy Trading), Exploiting Service Errors or Platform Delays, Using External or Delayed Data Feeds, Coordinated or Multi-Account Manipulation, Violating Platform or Provider Terms, Use of Automated Software, AI, or High-Speed Trading Tools, Risk-Abusive Trading; Overleveraging, Overexposure, One-Sided Bets, and Account Rolling, Trading During High-Impact News or Events, Abusive Strategy Types; Grid Trading, Arbitrage, Tick Scalping, High-Frequency Trading (HFT).

IPs/VPN/VPS Rule

• VPNs and different IPs are allowed for travel, but only the account owner may trade (no account sharing).

Payout Frequency

• First payout in 30 days; subsequent payouts are bi-weekly. | Bi-weekly (from the first payout) and weekly payouts available with an add-on.

Profit Split

• 80%, 90% with add-on & 100% when scaled up.
• 15% profit share from Phase 1 & 2

1-Step Trailing Drawdown Lock

• Once the equity grows by 6% above the initial balance, the limit locks at the original balance and stops moving.

15% Evaluation profit Reward

• Reach at least 10% growth on your Funded Account(s).
• ​You may combine growth across multiple funded accounts (e.g., 5% on the first + 5% on the second = 10%) only within the same linked funded account chain
• Growth from separate funded accounts is not eligible to be combined. (original funded account + post-payout new funded accounts).
• ​Receive your payout for that performance.
• ​You are issued a new Funded Account whose initial balance includes the 15% bonus calculated from your evaluation profits (Phase 1 + Phase 2).
• You must contact support to request and have the bonus applied to your account.

• Crypto (USDC – ERC-20 Network)

SCALING PLAN

• Evaluation Period: 4 consecutive months from the first trade.
  Profit Requirement: Must be profitable in at least 2 of the 4 months with a minimum total profit of 10%.
• Payout Requirement: Must have completed at least 2 successful payout transactions.
• Balance Condition: Account must be at breakeven or in profit at the time of scaling.
• Scaling Increase: Account balance increases by 30% of the original account size each time conditions are met.
• Unlimited Scaling: No upper balance limit accounts can be scaled indefinitely with consistent profitability.
• Bonus Benefit: From the 3rd scale-up onwards, traders receive a 100% profit reward split.
