Prohibited Practices:

Risk management

• Allocating a substantial or majority portion of the allowable daily loss or available margin to a single trade idea, whether through realized losses, stop-loss exposure, or a set of highly correlated positions, is prohibited.

Martingale

• Martingale is a trading strategy that involves increasing position size after a loss in an attempt to recover previous losses with a single winning trade; the use of martingale strategies is prohibited.
  Grid Trading/ Hedging: Grid Trading or Hedging is a trading approach where opposing buy and sell orders for the same instrument are strategically placed to achieve equivalent or similar risk and is prohibited.

Phoenix Scaling Program

• The Phoenix Program provides a unique opportunity for rewarding traders who consistently exhibit expert performance. Account holders will be automatically progressed to the next phase upon completion of the below detailed Targets for Scaling.

• Traders may begin at Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 of the program.

• Once the 10% profit target for the selected starting level is achieved, that 10% will be converted into withdrawable credit at the next level.

• The credit may be withdrawn at the next payout, provided the 14-day minimum payout interval and the requirement of 3 minimum profitable days are met.

• For example, a trader starting at Level 2 ($5,000 starting balance) who reaches the 10% profit target ($500) will automatically scale to Level 3 ($10,000 starting balance).

• The $500 profit is converted into withdrawable credit.
  At this point, the trader has two options:

Option 1 – Continue scaling

• The trader may continue trading and work toward the Level 3 profit target of 10 ($1,000). Once this target is reached, the account will scale to the next level.

Option 2 – Request a payout

• After the minimum 14-day trading period from the first trade and at least 3 profitable days are met, the trader may request a payout. Any new profits generated on the Level 3 account can be withdrawn together with the $500 credit.

• For example, if the trader earns an additional $200 on the Level 3 account, they may request a payout of $700 ($500 credit + $200 profit), provided the payout conditions are satisfied.

• If the trader chooses to withdraw the $700, they will still need to generate the full Level 3 profit target of 10% ($1,000) in order to scale up to the next level.

Sprint Program

• The minimum payout is the full payoff amount and can be requested on demand.

Instant Pro

• The minimum payout is $100, with the first payout available on demand and subsequent every 14 days.

Other Programs

• The minimum payout is $100, with payouts available every 14 days.
