Day Trade Flex

Swing Flex Max

• Best position cannot account for more than 30% of the total profit target during evaluation and 70% during the funded stage.

News Trading

• Allowed with no restriction; however, please be aware that a stock that is reporting (during earning season) at after-market hours or the next day premarket won’t be available for overnight holdings.

Copy Trading

• You may copy trades between a maximum of two accounts only.
• All trades must be executed directly by the trader. The use of any external or automated third-party copying tools/software is strictly prohibited.
• To ensure balanced risk, accounts must be paired according to the following size requirements:

MAX/FLEX day-trading

• $5k
• $25k
• $50k (Can be paired only with one $25k or one $5k)

MAX/FLEX swing

• $2k
• $10k

Minimum positions:

• Day Trade Max: 20 positions

• Day Trade Flex: 10 positions

• Swing: 5 positions

• Trade Duration: There must be at least a 30-second gap between every buy-sell or sell-buy order.

• Trade Range: All profitable trades must yield at least 10 cents per share in profit.

Example: Buy at $50.10, sell at $50.20 (at least).

• End of Day: 10 minutes before the end of the day, we will fully liquidate your account (open positions and pending orders) in the Day Trade programs.

• Permitted Order Types During Pre-Market, Post-Market, and Overnight Sessions: During pre-market, post-market, and overnight sessions, only limit-based orders are permitted; market orders, stop orders, OCO orders, and stop-loss orders are prohibited.

• Earnings Announcement Liquidation Policy: Trades will be automatically liquidated at 3:50 PM ET on any instrument with a scheduled earnings report that day.

• Halt restrictions: No trading on an effectively halted symbol (including during earnings). After a halt is lifted, wait at least 1 minute before placing opening trades.

• Buffer rule (Funded phase): Once you achieve a profit of 3X the daily pause allowance, the initial max loss is reset to the initial account size. This means that as profits increase, your max loss buffer rises accordingly.

• Volatility restrictions: the volume of any opening trades (opening or adding to a position) must not exceed 5% of the trading volume in the previous one-minute candle for that instrument.

• Inactivity rule (Day Trade): A 14-day inactivity rule will be applied to all FLEX phases (evaluation and funded), and to MAX funded.

• Volume Requirement for Overnight Positions: To hold a position overnight, the stock must have an average daily volume of at least 500,000 shares (last 14 days).

Withdrawal Plan

• You can withdraw your funds every 14 days once you reach a profit of $300 and $150 for 5K accounts. A minimum profit of 0.5% per day for 3 days is required on both Flex programs and the 20K Swing Max.

Commission Percentage on payouts:

• Rise and Cryptocurrencies - 2%
• Bank Transfers - 3%
• Hub Credits - No commission percentage
