My initial interaction with FundedNext was professional and good. The customer service, MT5 platform and dashboard was satisfactory. I had 1 reset which went well. Problem arose when there was a huge 6 point slippage (MT5 message confirmed 2054 fill but actual fill came in at 2061) for my long US2000 trade on 10 Jul 2024 for just 4.68 lots. The account was breached immediately to my shock as I expected 1 point slippage at most. I reached out and after 18 email messages, they adjusted and restored the account over 3 days on 12 Jul 2024. Apparently fo...

Good customer service & platform. Willingness to investigate and communicate issue.
Slippage. Delay in corrections. Slow in answering the crucial question.

Summary
US2000 trade had a slippage of 6 points (2054 to 2061) for a long 4.68 lots on 10 Jul 2024 during New York trading hours which breached account. Super thin liquidity. After 18 emails exchange & prop firm match help, the breach was reversed after 3 days. I am all good after this.

Initial communication indicates that the issue the client encountered was not slippage but rather proper execution based on lot size, price, and volume, as evidenced by the information he shared. Additionally, when a proper explanation is shared, the client asks for a favor and a free reset (https://prnt.sc/jB3iaMxvT3D_), which we initially denied but later confirmed. Here's the proof: https://prnt.sc/Or7svX_aHi6y

I liked FundedNext Platform. They have their own server. Their trading conditions are good. I passed after trying multiple times as I started learning more and more after every subsequent failure on their evaluation. Payment modes are good. However, I would urge caution with every new trader as they are very strict with their rules. I was denied an account as they told me 2 out of 22 trades that I had taken (could have been 6, but they highlighted only 2) were copied from another account. I have them detailed explanation on why I took those trades ...

I liked that the payment system was smooth, they have a variety of options. They introduced AI into their customer service, and they have multiple withdrawal methods. Also they have multiple models to choose from.
I did not like their reason for denial. There are coincidences as 2 traders sitting in 2 different corners of the world could make a similar trade. They could have checked the IP address if I copied or they could've shown more trades, but they didn't. So I will be avoiding this prop firm for the foreseeable future. I will not encourage anyone to register with them but I will not actively say anything against them.....Since there were many who had similar situations....Some have been resolved, some haven't. I was willing to have a live interview with them as well to show my trades and why I took them, but their decision was final.

Copy Trading
Summary
I was told that I copied trades from someone else who had similar opening and closing times. Out of 22 trades I copied 2 trades or it could be 6 but they highlighted only 2. I closed my trades because I reached my profit target for phase 2. But they insist that I copied from someone else. The alleged account used varying lots like 1.01, 0.51, 0.35, 0.81. I used only fixed lots 1 or 0.5. Also I open 3 lots of 1 each around the same time as I keep differing targets for each. I used indicators like half trend, trendlinePr0, Automatic trendlines which are available on MQL5 site. I have never used an EA. Even if an indicator suggests thatto buy or sell, I never follow that. I only use indicators as confluence for my trade. THis seems unfair as I was learning and became more confident in my trades. With thousands of traders at the same prop firm, some trades at the same level could happen, as we are seeing the same chart, and we see the same highs and lows....

After a thorough review and investigation into their trading activities, here are our key findings: Both traders exhibited significant similarities in their trading patterns, notably in the timing of trades, the size of the positions, and the direction of profit generation. Here’s a summary of our analysis: Open Time Match: We observed a 36% match in open times between the traders, which significantly exceeds our usual threshold. Close Time Ratio: The close-to-open time ratio was 50%, indicating that the trades were closed in a similar timeframe, further aligning their trading actions. Lot Size Correlation: The lot sizes used by Roopesh and the other trader had a 25% correlation, consistent across multiple trades. Profit Direction: Both traders consistently moved in the same PNL direction, which raises flags under our internal monitoring systems for copy trading or coordinated trading behavior. Here are specific trade details that highlight the synchronized nature of their trades on June 26th and 27th: Trade IDs 35691103 and 25582551 on June 26th, both traders entered the market at similar times with NDX100, closing with a considerable profit, pointing towards a potential strategy to exploit market movements simultaneously. Trade IDs 36052665 and 25653905 on June 27th, again showing not just simultaneous entries but also similar exit points leading to proportional profits. These findings resulted from the analysis of trading data, leading us to a definite conclusion of a breach in our trading policies concerning copy trading. Our decision to terminate the accounts involved was based not only on these matching trade times and strategies but also on the consistency of these patterns over multiple sessions, which contravenes our commitment to a fair trading environment.
