Awful experience for me with this prop firm. I know there's a 2 minutes rule for the trade loss idea, but they denied me a funded account just for ONE trade opened 1 minutes 54 seconds after another one. I would have expected a more human flexibility in front of a capable trader like me. Eventually this is not the case so don't expect any mercy in some similar cases. Denying a funded account for ONE SINGLE TRADE and for JUST 6 SECONDS is not a good move for a firm that wants to grow. My opinion, obviously.

I got funded a giveaway account with this firm Everything was good Process to getting funded was so smooth .Trading conditions are the best in the industry I got two Payouts and the process time for sure not the best but no one is perfect Overall I recommend

very good firm with great customer support. All process works smoothly like all phases credentials provided imediately from one phase to funded. but my expereince was good as i placed request for payout. they take little more time than they describe on there website. but finally i got my payout. and i am happy with this firm.

they have 7 day pauout add on which i like the most.
their payout system is very slow as they took around 3 days to review my payout request which is after too many discussions and everytime customer support say you are in queue which i personally didnt like.

Customer Care I contacted support twice regarding KYC and my account status. Unfortunately, the email help center did not respond. However, I can recommend submitting a ticket on Discord, where the support team is quick and responsive. My experiences with them have been excellent.
