Terrible firm. Slippage and hidden spread in every single position. Losses always bigger and winners always smaller. There is a systematic abuse in here. I passed the Phase 1 and I started trading Phase 2. After I compeleted the Phase 2 they email me and said that they changed their mind about Phase 1. The reason was three of my trades had total loss of 2.1% which is more than %2. I actually set my stop loss considering that rule but their hidden spread and slippage made my loss bigger. They could have told me this before giving me the Phase 2. ...
Nothing. They are terrible.
Hidden spread, slippage, complicated tricky rules. A lot of excuses to breach accounts. Not transparent. Bad customer service. Rude and arrogant employees.

I like that they are very accommodating and considerate with their customers. Whenever there are complications, they won't hesitate to give compensation even though it is not entirely their fault. Also, even the slightly delayed payout, I still received it, so they gained my 100% trust.

Leo and other customer supports are extremely helpful and timely. For the 2nd payout, after passing 48 hours of request I sent a message in discord and Leo helped to ping the risk team and my payout arrived in a few minutes. My experience with them is extremely good so far as of Feb 2025. I bought the challenge from June 2024 and all have been good till now.

I had received my 3rd payout of 223$ from Funding Traders on 22-02. First two payouts took around 5 days to complete but received 3rd payout exactly in 48 hours. I must say when I am getting payout from FT, honestly every one can get because they have very flexible rules. simple buy challenge, pass it by following some simple rules & get rewarded. It is a purely legit prop firm. reasonable prices, simple/easy rules, mt5 platform, surely gurantteed payouts b/c i am receiving... whats more needed to become top 1 prop!
i must say gurantteed payouts b/c I had received three with 14 days interval.

I really like the guy behind the firm, Stan. Support is Good. Spread comparing to other Props is most of the times much less. Overall an excellent prop firm. ( I just don't like the newly introduced 14-day inactivity period for permanent account breach which is really short time if the trader is on even a short break to try something new etc.)

Summary
I initially purchased and successfully passed a $200K 2-step challenge, fully complying with all the rules. However, instead of receiving the funded $200K account as expected, I was only given a $100K account and was told that I needed to achieve a 10% profit on that $100K account in order to scale up to $200K, something I should have received from the start. Not wanting to walk away empty-handed, I accepted the $100K account and started trading. After numerous trades, I finally reached my first payout request. But then, my payout was flagged for news trading because I had closed a trade 8 minutes and 50 seconds after a news event. Here’s the problem: when I bought the account, news trading was allowed. However, one day before I closed that trade, they secretly changed the rule without informing anyone. Their new rule stated that no trades could be opened or closed within 10 minutes before or after a red or orange news event, and at least 50% of the required profit should not come from news trading. As a result, they forced me to make at least 5 more trades with a minimum 0.5% variation in my account balance, likely hoping I would lose my profits, as most traders statistically do. The trade they flagged was $3,192, meaning my payout target had to be at least $6,385. I worked hard to meet their requirements and eventually reached $9,195.50, following all their rules. I requested my payout again, and after waiting a full week with no response, despite opening multiple support tickets, I finally heard back from their risk management team. This time, they flagged another trade for news trading, even though I have clear proof that it was not within the 10-minute window before or after any news event. I provided them with irrefutable proof, including exact timestamps showing that my trade complied with their new rules. Yet, their only response was a generic screenshot of the ForexFactory calendar, which proves nothing. They ignored my evidence entirely and just kept giving meaningless replies, making me believe they know I’m right but are just trying to waste my time. What’s even worse is that their risk team takes a full week to respond each time. I suspect they are deliberately stalling, hoping I don't trade for 14 days so they can deactivate my account due to inactivity. This experience has been nothing but frustrating and unfair. The rule change was silent, their responses avoid the real issue, and their payout process is intentionally obstructed. I would strongly caution anyone considering FundingTraders to be aware of how they operate.

Support team were kind and quick. Sometimes there are delays, but understandable due to the fact that companies like this have a lot of pending requests that they need to attend to first. Had problem with Tradelocker, but supports were efficient in migrating my account to MT5. I'm very happy with the payout process as there were no delays. First time submitting a review, hopefully can submit again on my next payout since this firm has earned my trust. Cheers.

The spreads for Forex were quite good, but for crypto, they were high. The support team is average. However, they have strict rules, so you need to read them carefully. I was up 10% on a 10K funded account, but they closed my funded account and denied my payout just because one of my trades violated the martingale rule. Be careful.

I took 40 trades on my funded account. I violated the martingale rule in only one trade, and that trade made just $140 in profit. All my other trades were normal, with stop-loss and take-profit levels. Yet, they directly closed my funded account and denied my payout.
