To this day I’ve had 3 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES with GFT. Firstly once they migrated away from Metatrader and to MatchTrader, they closed my open positions WITHOUT prior notice, a few days later when i saw the extremely late announcement it said to close my positions before the end of the trading day, they closed my positions at the open of NY Session and i lost 4000 USD because of this (4% drawdown). Before these issues arose, I was initially impressed by Goat Funded Trader’s promise of a supportive trading environment and the potential to manage substantial capital. Their educational resources and the structure of their funded trading challenge seemed well-organized and geared towards helping traders succeed. The platform itself is user-friendly and offers a range of tools that can be beneficial for both novice and experienced traders.
When I reached out to customer support I was met with unhelpful responses that failed to address the specifics of my situation. Despite providing detailed evidence and requesting a review of my account activity, the support team reiterated their stance without a proper investigation. This lack of proper customer service and refusal to thoroughly review and rectify the issue only added to my frustration.

'Goat Funded Trader' is one of my favorite companies. Customer service was much faster than other companies I worked with, Spreads were not much, for me, the rates were very good. I got paid from them once. It came to my account 3 4 days after the payment was approved, this part was a bit slow, but I still recommend GFT in every way.

They recently had a migration change to their own in house technology about a week ago and its been nothing but problems and complaints ever since from all the traders. I have never had an issue with their system and dashboard, it was always up to date and Equity was always updated after open & closed trades. This is not the case this time, I open a live ticket from support chat, their investigation was concluded that I breached my account because of their drawdown limit, but my dashboard showed i had $1600 daily drawdown.
