Leverage determines how much market exposure a trader can control relative to their account balance. At Hantec Trader, leverage availability varies by both the challenge type and the asset being traded.
The table below outlines the current leverage limits offered by Hantec Trader across supported asset classes and evaluation models. This breakdown helps traders quickly identify where leverage is available — and where it is restricted — before selecting a challenge.
| Asset Class | Instant | 1-Step | 2-Steps | 3-Steps |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FX | 1:50 | 1:50 | 1:50 | n/a |
| Metals | 1:10 | 1:10 | 1:10 | n/a |
| Indices | 1:15 | 1:15 | 1:15 | n/a |
| Energy | n/a | n/a | n/a | n/a |
| Crypto | 1:1 | 1:1 | 1:1 | n/a |
| Other Commodities | 1:15 | 1:15 | 1:15 | n/a |
"n/a" indicates that leverage is not available for that asset class or challenge type.
At Hantec Trader, leverage is currently available only within the 2-Step evaluation model. The Instant, 1-Step, and 3-Step challenges do not support leveraged trading for the asset classes listed above.
This means traders who rely on leverage must specifically choose the 2-Step challenge when trading with Hantec Trader.
