MyForexFunds Shares Payout and Account Review Roadmap

MyForexFunds Shares Payout and Account Review Roadmap

MyForexFunds has shared a new update outlining the next steps in its recovery process, including how it intends to approach pending payout requests and account reviews. According to the firm, one of its first trader-facing priorities is handling payout requests submitted shortly before the shutdown, followed by a review of account data and account status at the time of closure.

What Happened?

In its latest communication, MyForexFunds set out a roadmap for how it plans to review trader accounts as recovery work continues.

The firm stated that its initial focus will be on:

  • Pending payout requests submitted shortly before the shutdown
  • Separating charge-backed and non-charge-backed accounts as part of the review process
  • Reviewing account status and available data from the period leading up to closure

MyForexFunds also said traders should not send account-related information unless specifically requested.

What's Affected?

Pending Payout Requests

Traders who submitted payout requests before the shutdown may be contacted as processing begins.

Account Review Process

MyForexFunds said it will distinguish between charge-backed accounts and non-charge-backed accounts before moving forward with account reviews.

Positive Equity Accounts

The firm stated that it intends to prioritize users who were close to payout and had positive equity, which it currently defines as accounts showing positive equity 1–2 days before closure, due to data limitations.

Data Submissions

Traders have been asked not to submit account-related information unless requested directly by the firm.

Why This Matters

This update provides additional detail on how MyForexFunds intends to handle payout requests and account reviews.

At the same time, MyForexFunds also stated that broader outcomes still depend on ongoing work involving:

  • Legal matters
  • Vendor restoration
  • Server recovery
  • Dashboard access
  • Data reconstruction

This means the review framework has been outlined, but broader account outcomes have not yet been confirmed.

Impact on Traders

At this stage:

  • No reopening of dashboards or trading access has been announced
  • Traders with pre-closure payout requests should monitor their inbox for direct communication from the firm
  • Wider account decisions remain dependent on data restoration and internal review

Traders should not assume that this update confirms account reinstatement, trading resumption, or final payout outcomes beyond the specific process steps described by MyForexFunds.

Prop Firm Match Perspective

This update provides additional visibility into how MyForexFunds intends to handle payout requests and account reviews, but it does not yet represent a full trader-facing resolution. Traders should rely on direct communication from MyForexFunds and avoid assumptions about eligibility, payout timing, or account outcomes until the firm confirms them through official channels.

Prop Firm Match will continue monitoring payout processing, account review criteria, and any confirmed trader-facing actions as further verified updates are released.
