I am reporting an unacceptable execution anomaly on my account (ID: 32******). I held a Short position on Gold with a Stop Loss set at 4867.00. My position was closed with a massive slippage at 4881.48, representing a 13.5-point (135 pips) gap on a single lot. Overall experience was good. And spreads are competitive. I used ctrader for this challenge particularly. Coming form Mt5 it is smoother but not sure if it was Bright Funded issue or Ctrader issue. But the execution was slightly lacking.

Very good customer support dedicated to my country. We solved my problems quickly. Prop firm also aspire to be top tier firm like FTMO and FN, but rules are a bit strict. Hopefully soon they will be top 3.

Hedging detection system is very strict. Good step would be increasing to two soft breaches, because system is very sensitive and you can easily breach account if you trade multiple assets and strategies.
