I joined Crypto Fund Trader (CFT) through their scholarship program. At the start, everything went well — account setup was smooth and early payouts were processed. Based on that, I even gave them a positive public review. Once I became consistently profitable, the experience changed. My payouts were suddenly stopped and my account was suspended with claims of “IP match” and later “device match” with other traders. I trade from a private home server and did not share my account or use any VPS/VPN. Despite asking several times, I was not shown clear...

Well, the obvious, which is denying my payouts. This is a big amount, and I rely on it in my livelihood.

Overall, I had a very positive experience. The support team replies quickly and is genuinely helpful, without long waiting times. Charts work reliably and the price feed is accurate — exactly what you want as a trader. The spreads are fair and nothing to worry about. The only downside is that the website can sometimes show random errors, but that’s a minor issue and doesn’t affect trading at all. A great company. The experience was excellent. The thing that I liked a lot is that they have really amazing support. They always give you solutions and help you in a beautiful way that makes you feel comfortable with them. Good spread. Great trading conditions. There is no complexity. They have a strict system.

Something I really liked is their amazing support, they are understanding and they deal with people in a prestigious way.
The thing I didn't like is the high commission on crypto, for example, Bitcoin, if you open a scalping trade with a somewhat large contract, the commission is very high. This is my observation.

So far so good. Really appreciate tight spreads - limit order execution is pretty accurate (I use BYBIT platform). Support is pretty responsive - sometimes even within 5-10 minutes. Thanks to Javier for his assistance in resolving a slight tech issue with my certificate. Hope things remain the way they are when I reach my payout and looking forward to a long-lasting relationship
