when I get funded on my second day of trading i mistakenly opened a 0.01 lot of buy to check my internet connection and then I opened a 10.01 lot of sell they breached my account saying it was a reverse trading and they did not reset my account hoowever I am eligble for a reset

I kindly tell you that it was not a reverse trading i have opened a 0.01 lot of buy on GBPUSD just to check my internet connection is smooth or not then i have opened a sell large sell trade with a lot of 10.00 lot on GBPUSD and when i noticed buy and sell i have closed it immediately i will attach the proof with this email i have got funded on on friday two days ago now today i have traded on it and makes profit of 2400$ with my 10 lot sell. Kindly reactive my account or any further detail you want from me i will give you sir but please dont breach my account on this mistake as this is not done for any other mean kindly understand me and if you wanna talk to me i am available any time

One of the best and one of the most underrated prop firm out there in the whole industry. I've never ever heard anyone complaints about their payouts,,. Their customer support is something they don't compromise on - Replies within minutes. They took few minutes to migrate my account from Phase 1 to Phase 2.

Used the services of this firm for over a year, as of today I will have nothing to do with it after scamming 3 accounts for $125, payout of $250. Ignoring the support, not given an answer to any question, the situation is not resolved so I create a review here.

Summary
Before buying accounts on the 17th I reviewed the company rules, FAQ section and only then I bought 5 accounts ( bought through you). I passed 10% and requested a payout on the first account, I was surprised that I was not paid out in a couple of hours as I always was before. I figured I just had to wait, after that I went through 10% and requested another payout. In the letter about the payout it says that they will make it within 24-48 hours (although in practice they used to pay out quickly) and 45 hours after the first payout request they send a letter refusing to pay out pointing to a rule that was not there when I bought the accounts. At the same time they refuse to pay me on two accounts and block another one where there was an active trade. In March 2023 I got my first live account here and there were many problems, they added rules about 30 seconds, scalping, stop loss etc, I saw many cases when they introduced rules and blocked many people, I always followed the news in discord and FAQ, that's why I read the FAQ before buying and I know that on the 17th those lines were not in that section. This is a new kind of accounts that they added for 7 days, and on the second day of sales I already requested a payout on the first account, but it came out like this, it's just ridiculous and absurd. I demand to unblock one account, make payments on two accounts and give the next level of live account of 5000.

I have traded on this company for almost 3 months. I passed 25k challenge and had generated ~10% profit till date. Company has paid the profits successfully. Though, the dashboard is not upto the mark and there are issues with updating the results on the dashboard, the customer support is very helpful and have successfully supported me in my journey of trading

Even though cft is a crypto prop they have great conditions for fx too. Tight spreads on xau and EU with low commissions. High leverage on alt coins so traders should trade with caution.
