Prohibited Practices

Account Sharing

• Definition: Account Sharing occurs when a trader manages multiple accounts or allows another individual to trade on their behalf. This practice is strictly prohibited, as it disrupts fair competition and undermines the integrity of both the Challenge Account and the FundedNext Account.

Abusing Slow Data Feed

• Definition: Abusing slow data feed is a practice where traders exploit delayed price updates to execute trades at outdated prices, gaining an unfair advantage over those relying on real-time data. This practice disrupts fair competition and compromises the integrity of the trading environment.

Account Rolling

• Definition: Account rolling is a high-risk practice where multiple Challenge accounts are purchased with intention to quick succession of funded phase, with some accounts being intentionally sacrificed while focusing on passing others.

Multi-Order Spam and Coordinated Trading Exploits

• Definition: Multi-Order Spam and Coordinated Trading Exploits involve placing and canceling numerous orders in the Depth of Market (DOM) to manipulate market activity or collaborating with others to artificially influence order flow.

Micro-scalping

• Definition: Microscalping is defined as the practice of opening and closing trades within seconds to capture very small, quick price changes. While scalping itself is a valid trading approach, at FundedNext, micro-scalping is identified when 40% or more of the total profit is generated from trades that are closed within 10 seconds.

Spoofing

• Definition: Spoofing is a market manipulation technique where a trader places large fake orders (pending orders) to create a false impression of supply or demand, influencing other traders' decisions. These fake orders are canceled before execution, allowing the trader to take advantage of price movements.

Bracket Strategies

• Definition: Bracket trading is a strategy where traders set predefined buy & sell (limit/stop orders) to take advantage of any sided market movement, and also set profit-taking and stop-loss levels to manage risk and lock in gains automatically.

Account Flipping and Inconsistent Contract Execution

• Definition: Account Flipping and Inconsistent Contract Execution involve using high margin to rapidly grow or blow up accounts through reckless, oversized positions.

Copy Trading and Group Trading Prohibited

• Copy Trading: Copy trading refers to replicating trades from another trader or using signal services to execute trades.
• Group Trading: Group trading occurs when multiple traders collaborate—often in real-time—to achieve specific rewards by executing similar trades simultaneously.

Inactivity Rule

• Challenge Accounts: Marked as breached and deactivated after 30 consecutive calendar days of no trades
• FundedNext Accounts: Marked as inactive and deactivated after 30 consecutive calendar days of no trades.

Live Funded
Eligibility:

• Eligible for review after $100,000 in Total Active Profits across all active FundedNext Futures accounts (withdrawals + current simulated profits).
• Eligible Profit: 80% of Total Simulated Profit and is split into:
  • 50% Settlement Withdrawal
  • 25% Live Trading Deposit (capped at $50,000)
  • Reserve = remaining amount (no cap)

Maximum Loss Limit (Auto Liquidation Threshold)

• Static equity limit (includes unrealized losses). If equity falls below it, the live account is liquidated and permanently closed.

Withdrawal Policy

• Before first withdrawal: threshold = 20% of initial Live Deposit
• After first withdrawal: locks at initial Live Deposit and never trails/increases

Reserve System (auto-refills)

• First $10,000 withdrawn: 100% match from Reserve
• After $10,000: 50% match from Reserve
• Refills stop when Reserve reaches $0.

Profit Split

• 80% (on withdrawals)

Withdrawals

• Minimum: $100
• Cycle in Profit: Must generate $500 in new closed profit between withdrawals (after the first)
• Full balance withdrawal: after 45 Benchmark days (each day $150+ profit), leaving $160 in the account; closes the Live account and forfeits remaining Reserve
