SCAM! Got a funded $500k account with them. Was up $110k profit when my account stopped working. Reached out to them, and they confirmed no rules were breached. I was told that the site is down for maintenance. It's been almost 2 weeks - can't log into my trading account (account not found error). I just got a chat response now in which they cite that they were taken over by a new company, and that none of the old accounts are valid. They will not be giving any payouts to anyone who had payouts due to them! Stay far away!

Hi Everyone, Complaint Regarding Denied Payouts – Account 69870585 (250K$ account) Writing to express my frustration regarding my payout issues with account 69870585. Last month Payout was denied due to a lot size breach and no consistency which was my fault. After putting significant time into refining my trading skills and taking up on journalling the trades with applying excel sheet formaula on proper lot size and trading consistency, my payout request was unexpectedly denied, with the reasoning cited as "COPY TRADING BREACH," an incorrect and disheartening assumption. I requested proof and evidence showing that my trades were copied or similar to those of another trader; however, nothing has been provided to me. I had a fewer trades and mostly swing holding 2 - 3 days and just asked for 1% profit payout on 250K account. Reply from Algoforex..... " This is based on the assessment from our risk team - our system cross checks information across a number of servers, including from more than 20 other companies, and it has shown sufficient information for us to consider it copy. Instead of breaching the account like most propfirms do, we have simply reset the balance so you can resume trading. Subject: Beware of AlgoForex Fund Prop Firm (HFT) – Scam Alert Hello, I do not recommend AlgoForex Fund Prop Firm (HFT) at all. They are scammers who do not pay out as promised. I have solid evidence of this; if anyone needs proof, please feel free to reach out to me. They falsely claimed that my account was managed by someone else, which is absolutely ridiculous. This is just one of their excuses. I intend to report this company to the U.S. authorities to ensure these fraudulent practices don’t continue in the prop trading industry. These guys are a complete joke and you should stay away. I had two $500k accounts with them. When it was time for the 1st payout, they partially paid me on one account (the reason was "trade stacking" but there is nothing about trade stacking in their rules) and on the other account they outright declined the payout completely and said I copy traded. I requested evidence because I did not copy trade, but of course it was never provided. They did this for two more payouts on both accounts. I documented everything via email, including my repeated requests for evidence of copy trading (still never provided), submitted to my bank and got a refund. Basically this one of those firms that has no revenue generation strategy besides the challenge fees they take in, which effectively makes it a ponzi scheme. In my case, they did not want to pay out more than they took in, so they did a partial payout once and then just declined thereafter, each time resetting the account back to zero "to give me another chance". These idiots don't deserve to be in business and hopefully their broker and/or regulator will do something about it.
