Alpha Futures

I successfully passed the 50K ZERO Alpha Evaluation and completed every requirement exactly as requested. On July 2nd, I submitted my KYC using my valid Moroccan national ID. My dashboard confirmed that my verification had been submitted and that the compliance team would review it within 48 hours. Because I wanted to make sure everything was progressing correctly, I contacted support. I was told that my KYC had been accepted and that all I needed to do was wait. Trusting that information, I waited through the entire weekend. After hearing nothing, I decided to contact the compliance team myself, only to discover that my KYC had actually been rejected by Veriff and that I needed to submit everything again. Had I not reached out first, I would have continued waiting indefinitely. I resubmitted my KYC, only to be told that Veriff would not accept my Moroccan national ID, even though it is an official government-issued document that is valid until 20 June 2029. What makes this even more frustrating is that Alpha Futures accepts Moroccan traders, and Morocco has two different national ID formats. I have the older version, which is still a perfectly valid government-issued ID. I have also been successfully verified and funded with other proprietary trading firms using this same document without any issues. The only solution Alpha Futures offered was to use a valid passport or driver’s license. Unfortunately, I do not currently have a passport, and my driver’s license has expired. In other words, despite providing a valid government-issued ID, I was left with no practical solution. I even went a step further and contacted Veriff directly. They informed me that Alpha Futures has the authority over how KYC is handled on their platform. That made this situation even more disappointing because, despite explaining my circumstances, I was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do and no alternative verification method was available. Throughout this entire process, I have spent days sending emails, contacting support, following instructions, and trying to resolve an issue that was never caused by me. I fulfilled every requirement: * I passed the evaluation. * I submitted a valid government-issued ID. * I followed every instruction provided. From my perspective, I did everything I was supposed to do. The obstacle was not my willingness to comply, but the inability of the verification process to accept my valid document. My biggest disappointment isn’t even the KYC rejection itself—it’s the amount of time, effort, and energy that was wasted, along with the lack of a practical solution after reaching the funding stage. I hope Alpha Futures improves this process in the future by providing a genuine alternative for traders whose valid government-issued IDs cannot be verified through Veriff. Until then, I strongly encourage Moroccan traders—especially those with the older Moroccan national ID—to clarify the KYC requirements before purchasing an evaluation.

I first tried Alpha Futures when they released their Alpha Trader Platform. At first it was full of bugs and couldn't even trade. But they did a pretty good job at fixing it. The platform is very user friendly. Personally I only TopStepX, I don't like other platforms and there was no alternative also but this AT very good. I made it to Qualified accounts a couple of times and I really liked all the options there. I'll continue to use it if they come up with another 50% off.

I am updating my previous review to confirm that Alpha Futures has finally processed and completed my payout today, Monday, June 29. While the funds have safely arrived in my account, the journey to get here was highly frustrating. My payout was stuck in "Approved for Pay" since June 24, and it required opening multiple urgent tickets, escalating the case to senior support (Gideon), and posting verified proof here on PFM to finally get their team to execute the transfer manually. I appreciate that they eventually honored the payout and resolved the issue today. However, the firm seriously needs to fix their massive backlog, improve their support response times, and stop locking down community chats (Discord) when things get chaotic. The money is received, but the payout process definitely needs to be smoother in the future.

Alpha Future is a reliable prop firm that truly respects its traders. Customer service is responsive and professional, and even if you reach the maximum daily loss, your account isn’t blocked — a fair policy that supports long-term growth. The dashboard is simple to use, payouts are fast and transparent, and overall the experience is excellent. Highly recommended.

My experience trading with Alpha Futures has been quite good. Among the various plans available (Zero, Premium, Advanced), I chose the Zero Plan because it’s very affordable—especially with the frequent discount programs—and there’s no activation fee. My platform of choice is Quantower; I’d never used it before, but it turned out to be very satisfying—more comprehensive and user-friendly than Tradovate, in my opinion. It’s one of the best futures prop firms.

Alpha is one of the most known firms in the traders circle and on of the best to trade initially. The rules make the traders being consistent while trading.

So i got an zero 25k account, and i passed it but when doing KYC there were some problems their discord support is okay but their compliance team, they are not flexible with traders but overall they are good

The evaluation process is decent, but some of the rules can feel restrictive compared to other futures prop firms. The dashboard works well, although it could be more intuitive in certain areas. Customer support is helpful, but response times can vary depending on demand.
