Funded Engineer

Funded Engineer have always been my favorite Prop Firm, From trading conditions to their friendly and helpful support staff , I will always recommend Funded Engineer . And their loyalty program upgrade on random accounts are also looked forward to !

Funded Engineer shut my challenge account down because of issues with their backend provider. They provided ZERO communication about what was going on, and eventually they banned all US traders from their platform, yet even on X (which I don't use) they made little mention of the situation publicly. They never replied to emails, and it took weeks for me to finally realize that they only provide customer service through Discord (I don't use Discord either). I don't think they could have handled the situation in a worse way. They completely lost my trust as a customer, and I would NEVER use them again. They sounded promising, but turned out to be another shady, greedy, poorly run prop firm. Update Pt. 2: I have still not received a refund after 14 business days. I’ve been getting the runaround from customer service. First they told me to use Discord to get help with the refund. Now the mods on discord are telling me to use the site chat to get help. Nobody is responding on the site. Update pt 3: Nobody on Intercom has responded. I finally got a reply on email, and now they tell me my refund is now waiting for approval. A few weeks ago they told me it was approved and would be processed. And they won’t give a firm timeframe on how long this will continue to take. It looks unclear if or when I’ll ever get this resolved, as it’s been months since the initial service termination. They appear to be no more trustworthy than The Funded Trader and Skilled Funded Trader. Perhaps they’re about to do a rug pull? I’ve had no choice but to file a dispute with my bank for a chargeback. Very disappointing.

I have traded on multiple challenge accounts with Funded Engineer. So far I have a very good impression about this firm, despite their challenges over the past weeks,

I like this firm, it is support very friendly and helps as soon as possible. I have never saw slippage and manual increase spreads. I like it

Currently funded but since they had their platform change I was previously scaled to 140k and now got sent back to 100k. Tried multiple times emailing their support to get this scaled back but they have not been able to. Good points it that they always payout reliably

Funded engineer, a new firm but definitely a firm thats here to stay. Any problems you do have you can assure that it will be dealt with the most seriousness. Minimum waiting time to receive credentials from phase 1 to 2 & phase 2 to funding. Maybe there are 1 or 2 firms with better spreads however FE’s execution is flawless. Best thing about FE for me is that there are no hidden rules. Trade authentically and get paid out, simple! Only way is up for FE if they carry on in the same manner.

Good prop firm. I love their trading conditions, despite the fact that they don't have the best customer support nor webiste. It's the trading that matters, so from this point of view I like them.

Funded Engineer so far has been a great firm to deal with, pretty transparent and has good trading conditions including spread slippage and fees. , After passing a phase, the next phase details come in automatically and immediately. KYC was no issue either. I'd say they are transparent and no sneaky business to fail traders. Customer support is fine. The dashboard needs to include details such as closing daily Balance or stop out level for daily loss but this is not that big deal as you can work it out. Overall reliable and trusted firm to deal with - no drama - honest from my experience

I really love their trading conditions, tight and stable spreads, fast execution. The account credentials were given fast and their price is really cheap. However, the dashboard is too simple were there no analytics that show your trading performance which is a huge short. Overall, a very good prop firm but there are more improvements needed.

One of the best-trusted firms out there. I had a slippage issue with them. I slipped out 37 pips on gold at an unusual time without news. But now things have changed, so I guess it's not an issue anymore. The support team is helpful and knowledgeable. The dashboard I'd say is decent.
