A few months back, I went through some tough times that really affected me. This caused me to ignore many areas of my life, including my trading. As a result, my trading account was deactivated because I hadn't used it for a while. Luckily, due to Smart Prop Trader's customer support team, through their act of good faith, I was able to get another chance in trading. Their kindness and efficiency played a key role in helping me return to trading after some personal difficulties. The response I received was not only swift but also incredibly supportive. I want to once again thank them from the bottom of my heart for their kind gesture, and the opportunity they have given me as a trader. I'm looking forward to my trading journey with Smart Prop Trader.

wow, what can I say - since being introduced to SPT through their trader support programme, which offered traders negatively impacted by other prop firms "going bust" generous discounts - my experience with SPT has been delightful. Most recently I was immediately stopped out due to slippage trying to finish my phase 2 which is normal for all brokers. I did not blame SPT, but just asked their customer service if there was anything they could do - within 20 minutes Briggs gave me a really informative, polite, through and insightful explanation of why slippage happens (I have definitely learnt today). Briggs responded a few moments later with the news that I could almost not believe - that they will reinstate my Phase 2 account. Smart Prop Trader are really the people's Prop Firm - their customer service is exceptional. There was even another time when I lost two accounts due their 30 day inactivity rule, I emailed and SPT also reinstated these accounts - they are beyond gracious and compassionate. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Briggs! and the SPT team.

I personally Got a big problem when trading GBPAUD and my SL got hit when in real life the price did not hit my SL it rather hit my TP, but when I talked the support, someone reply with the name of newman helped me and refunded the money that I lost by the mistake the platform had, thankyou SPT team

Smooth propfirm i have had no issues and no complaints, the support team is one of the best if not the best to communicate with and they reply in seconds(Literally). I have had times where i have needed questions or account issues sorted and they have been dealt with in a matter of minutes even when regarding a breach of the inactivity rule i was still granted a reinstated account so huge appreciation to DAMILOLA and the team!

I am very impressed with Smart Prop Trader, their trading conditions are excellent and the customer support is amazing. I wanted to change my trading platform to DxTrade and Isaac assisted me immediately and made the change for me within 10 mins and sent me my new credentials. I recommend them to anyone who cares about good customer support.

smart prop trader customer support is very fast and one of the customer support team member named madhu treated me well and solved my problem very quickly, he migrated my account to match trader very quickly, thanks to smart prop trader.

My experience with the firm has been nice. The only issue i have is that they don't send a reminder for the 30-day inactivity rule. I lost an account as a result of that. it'd be nice if they send out reminders at least a week ahead
