Support responded quickly, but I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility given how small the breach amount was. Traders should be extremely careful with drawdown limits, as no exceptions appear to be granted. Additional notes: - The breach amount was approximately $15 beyond the allowed daily drawdown limit. - I requested a manual review and the company confirmed the breach as valid. - I requested clarification regarding the drawdown calculation and whether spread widening, slippage, or equity fluctuations contributed to the breach. - The company maintained its original decision and referred me back to the initial explanation. - I later requested whether any goodwill exception, reset, free retry, or alternative solution could be considered. - The company stated that breached accounts cannot be reset or reactivated under any circumstances. - Support responses were generally prompt, but no flexibility was offered despite the relatively small breach amount. My recommendation to other traders is to maintain a significant buffer from drawdown limits and not rely on the possibility of exceptions if a rule is breached.

honestly im really dissapointed with this propfirm. i had a 5k funded account and worked hard to reach payout. total profit was 250$, so with 50% split i should get 125$. but in the end i only got 15$. there was only 1 trade without stop loss. the trade was even +155$ in profit, i just forgot to set sl. it was not on purpose. i understand rules are rules, but there is zero flexibility even for 1 small mistake. i asked for reconsideration, even just 50% payout is ok for me, but they refused. very strict system, no room for human side. be careful and read rules very very clearly before trading here.

I am reporting Sure Leverage Funding for what appears to be a targeted and unethical campaign against the Pakistani trading community. Recently, after suddenly reducing funding limits for Pakistan to $25k, the firm has begun a systematic purge of high-balance accounts. They are using "IP Breach" as a generic, blanket excuse to deny payouts to successful independent traders. Despite their CEO previously promising that unique trading histories (different entries and exits) would protect traders from IP overlap issues, the firm has now completely reversed this stance to protect their own liquidity. The lack of transparency is alarming. When I requested specific technical evidence, such as Device ID (MAC Address) logs or a manual review of my trading strategy, the firm flatly refused to provide any proof. Instead of conducting fair investigations, their support team has been dismissive and aggressive, issuing "final responses" and telling traders to "use another firm" when questioned. It is clear that Sure Leverage Funding is intentionally misusing shared network IP data—a common infrastructure reality in Pakistan—to falsely link independent accounts and seize their capital. I urge the community to stay away from this firm as they have proven they will ignore their own words and manipulate rules just to avoid paying out profits.

The company is fraud with Pakistani community trader all Pakistani community trader banned in just 2-3 days issue create is ip I have all proofs of this firm first of 13 January he changed rule for Pakistani traders to max funding is 25k then banned all Pakistani traders I have email from risk team he clearly ask if ip same deeply check trading history but he didn't check history and didn't provide me evidence and send me third person information that clearly indicate he didn't have privacy your Kyc documents he provide me kyc documents issue after didn't provide trading history with unknown trader

One of the biggest scam firms ever. One of the biggest scam firms ever. I purchased a $50K account, and with their offer of 10% balance increase, the account became $55K. On their website, they clearly mention 1:50 leverage, but in reality I was given 1:10 When I asked their support on live chat to correct my leverage, they started giving excuses saying things like FX is 1:50, metals are 1:12. But nowhere on their website or official documents do they mention any such breakdown. Their official documents only mention: 1:50 on Evaluation 1:30 on Funded I have taken full screenshots and downloaded all documents as proof. I requested them to correct my leverage or issue a refund since I haven’t even traded on the account yet the account is untouched. They denied both. Just for asking these questions, they even banned me from their Discord. My MT5 Account (New): 9119002 Order ID: #153444 Their support staff name Jordan is the worst I have ever seen, completely unprofessional and even referring to Discord messages as official documents/Legal Docs.
