Alpha Capital Prop Firm Reviews

Been trading with this firm since October 2023 and ive never once had any issues at all with this firm. The only headache was getting my contract signed for my funded account but other than that if you are a real trader and you follow the rules and be respectful they will not deny you a payout.

I can say very good to alpha capital. Most of their trading instruments are zero commission. They don't have slippage.Very fast exquisition. Their customers support team are very active and dedicated.

HIDDEN RULES IN ALPHA CAPITAL, THE SUPPORT AGENT CONFIRMED THEM I recently passed a two phase account for 200k on alpha capital (screenshot 1) and got Banned because of hidden rules. Did you often open 2 positions in a row? If you had such positions in alpha capital, then you broke the rules, the proof is below. I needed to open 375 lots (Size 1 lot = 1) on US500, the maximum lot per position in Ctrader was 100, so I could not open all 375 lots in one position. I recently had an issue with my payout and contacted their payment team even though the fault is on their side. it takes ages to respond to my query. I had to involve different customer support teams but still, the issue hasn't been resolved, and no response from the team in general. Poor service after a few payouts they start causing problems.

my payout got rejected wrongly, which they accused me of holding a trade over the weekend, which I didn't and I've never help any trades over the weekend.

I started using ACG since january 2024 and had lot of trials and errors but i sincerly appreciated the quality of their servers and the execution times. I had to admit i was also pretty impressed but the flow of the payouts so i decided to invest most of my prop capital to their company. I made my first payout with them a few days ago all went smooth , bascially the announced timings were respected, it took 3 business days for being processed entirely with Rise

I have been using Alpha Capital Group (ACG) since July 2024 and would like to leave a honest Review on my Personal Experience with them. The firm provides excellent trading conditions, tight spreads and zero commissions (with add-ons). Payout processing times were better last year, with a maximum of 48 hours, previous payout was reached today, paid in 48 hours. Dashboard is very helpful and all the data in correctly reported. All good. I love Alpha. I wish they can shorten the waiting after request payout. and send mail when contract is available. The MT5 platform is better than ctrader of other props.

Support team agreed that there was an error in the assessment and have approved the payment. But I need to wait for the pay-out day to request for pay-out again but I have received the pay-out.
