BEST PROP FIRM BY FAR ACG from my experience is just the best. Everything I’ve experienced is just smooth and seamless. Their rules are fair, they have excellent customer service and I’m confident they are here to stay. Their CEO’s are great and have backgrounds within the financial industry which gives me confidence in the sustainability of the prop firm. All in all I have nothing bad to say about them. ACG never ceases to amaze me! This firm is truly the best. When FundingPips went down, ACG remained strong! I've never encountered any issues with ACG, and my payouts have never been denied. Instead, I always receive my payouts on time. Even when I had to travel for vacation last month, I was able to trade without any problems. I've been trading with this firm for over a year and plan to continue.

However, this growth has led to longer wait times for receiving funded accounts, payouts, and query resolutions via email. Addressing these issues could position them as the leading prop firm in the industry.

NO complains, the firm is helping me to grow my knowledge base along with my trading discipline. Planty is great help to understand macro side, and within the greater trend I can use my setups in the same direction. Customer service is great but I feel their email box is sometimes overwhelmed. I think they are working hard to make a recognised brand.

Minha experiência recente foi ter passado a fase 2 do desafio no dia 14.08 e até ao momento 25.08 não recebi a conta fundeada, apesar da regra ser receber depois de 2-5 dias uteis. I feel I have not done Alpha Capital enough justice in my previous review . In honesty I love everything about Alpha Capital , as a trader I love the trading environment and spreads . I have not gotten any slippage while trading with you and I have been trading with you for 10 months now . But personally I love the lightening pay outs😅 If I was forced to choose something you can improve on is the turnaround time for emails correspondence for pay out related queries .

ONE THING I LOVEEEE ABOUT ACG is that ACG is the only prop firm to put events on, you guys have a literal personality, and you guys are professional but don’t take yourselves to seriously. You have a regulated broker too so that’s solid. You still have MT5 which other prop firms don’t… amazing Only thing you could improve is one step challenges with higher profit targets 👩‍🍳👍🔥👍🔥👍🔥

Hello I've been a member for almost 2 Months now and the a one thing that i love about ACG is its Amazing staff!. The quick replies, problem solving abilities are outstanding not only that but also their sense of humor and kindness makes it easy to ask and get answers without a problem. Keep up the good work!
