I have been with acg a while now. It started with the free 5k account promo, that got me funded an my first payouts it. Since then i've always been with them. The prices are relatively low en conditions are great. Especially the no-commissions.

I have a 200k funded account with this prop firm, i requested a payout on 9th of July of 22k, its been a month and still no answer from them. At first they didnt answer for about a week, then they said i should complete the KYC again, I've completed it on 19th July, but the payout still didnt come. Whenever i email them about it, they say the senior payments team will have a look and i will get a response within 24-48 hours. The dashboard is user friendly, the trading conditions are great, but if they deny payouts, its useless.

I tried alpha before, i would like to try it again, i like thier spread on, they have a good customer service, they paid and they still doing thier hard work

Good firm but they should provid high pip per point òn indexes since you have to use high lots to trade Them,they should as well reduce the spreads on gold on the spread account

My trading executions were top notch in both phases. Customer care was also very responsive during my phase 1 to phase 2 transition. I recommend alpha as one of the best in the industry.

Las condiciones de mercado muy mal,las órdenes no se ejecutan en tu punto,se abre hasta 1.5 PIPS en contra, el spread se abre hasta 0 8 PIPS en el EURUSD Soporte no te apoya dice que esto es normal pero no es así Pésimas condiciones de trading que tienen ya no es ACG de antes. Market conditions very bad, orders don’t execute at your point,opens up to 1.5 PIPS against, spread opens up to 0 8 PIPS in the EURUSD Support doesn’t support you says this is normal but it isn’t so Lousy trading conditions you have no longer ACG from before

They do not Payout, For me if a prop doesn't payout it shouldn't even be getting a star. My payout was deniel and they gave me a ridiculus reason, i never broke their news trading rules but they instead said i am gambling. So now they deducted almost half of my profits and advised me that they will pay me out the rest on the payout date which is the 07/08/2024. I will update everyone how did this go.
