Rules are constantly being changed in a completely unclear and unprofessional manner. Now, the second payout has been rejected. The first time was due to not reaching 5 trading days, which was somewhat acceptable though poorly communicated and I overlooked it. OK. Now again, because I closed a swing trade BEFORE the news. The trade was open for 5 hours, and Alpha had posted at the time that trades open for more than 1 hour could even be closed during news. Payout was rejected, profit was deducted, and they still haven't paid out the remaining profit...

I hoped that ACG would be an alternative to 5ers and FTMO, but the reality was brutal. 21.03.2024 my funded 100k account was breached due to ACG daily drawdown system error as that day account was in profit so it was really strange . All my running trades were automatically closed. I was that day on very profitable trades so it was really frustrating , after they restored my account I wasnt able to retake lost trades as price never back to my level . The conditions were top notch I traded on this for a month straight and I can only recommend good things. Trading conditions were on par with FTMO/IC Markets.

they refused my kyc, claiming it were a third party involvement, and is totally nonsense, i did my kyc correctly and it was accepted by their software, but 2 days later they send a email refusing it. i linked my Rise account that already have kyc, and i never used a vpn nor i traded in deferents ip. i offer them to do a real interview, with camera but they don't what to.

passed phase 2 in Jan 18, never received a funded account. got banned on discord when asking about it. I spend a lot of money on accounts just to get denied a funded account when I finally did pass.

I started trading with Alphacapitalgroup on December last year after they did a 5k Giveaway promo and I managed to get one, it's been 5months trading with them, and I must admit, they are one of the best prop firms out there, customer service is very fast and reliable, trading conditions are the best I have seen so far, payout is very credible, although they it took a delay to get my first payout because of issues from rise, everything else is incredible, If you want the best, trade with ACG, you wont regret it.

After I requested a withdrawal for profit sharing, they kept me waiting for 2 weeks. Normally, their time is 2 business days. On the 15th day, after e-mails, they rejected my profit payment, saying that we do not accept your current trading style. They closed my account.
