I have a good experience with this prop firm with 5000 free account already passed 2 phase after 48h i had receive funded account, but i did mistake i had open a hight lot size for position this mistake lost me the account, but i will buy other as soon possible. Customer experience is great. Admins reply to messages. They address tickets appropriately. Payouts are smooth, no delay . Trading conditions are great.love everything altogether.

I have trades with many firms, but found alpha capital group one of the great propfirm, i have passes their 5k account but lost before payout date due to not using the SL and DD hit and i lost that account, later on i purchased more challanges but didn't pass them, but their dashboard is good, they don't have hidden rules, they have metatrader 5 platform which is convenient than others. I have great experience with them.

They have good customer care always are online 5 working days, have good spread, and they have fasted and sharply payout, using Rise.. they are reply to customer email always u request for an info thats greats.

Alpha capital group is a good firm. The best thing is that they are among those few firms which still offer metatrader 5. They have great customer support

I have not had any significant problem with Alphacapital, the conditions the customer care and having mt5 as the trading platform is a really good deal. I'll still go back to trading with them soon. The website/dashboard though needs one to spend a little time to get at ease with navigation .
