I bought an account in funding pips for the 1st time and I got to see the cheapest price there and I also joined their discord server and there also all their staff responds promptly to any problem. Even if there is a problem, the dashboard is also very nice.

For me Alpha Capital is one of the best prop firm out there, because of 1. Their automated Account sent almost immediately you paid and even when you pass stage one they forward that of stage two immediately... 2. They have a good customer relation plus the discord channel is so active with friendlty people...

Alpha capital are good in many aspects they won my heart which their 0 spread rule and they get good customer service, but i got one problem from them which make me emotional and lose my account with out paying out, and the issue is they have 1 hiding rule that I don’t know about, or may be is already live but me I don’t know about it. which is minimum trading days before payout. I reached my target in just less than 3 days and wait for 2 weeks to get my payout but at last after all the waiting they told me i must trade a minimum of 5 days before ...

The company is good in general, only there is a problem with gold: it is not possible to open a deal with less than 0.1 lot. .

I had a very few issues with Alpha initially more issues my end opposed to them. Their discord staff along with their live chat support were very helped up and effective when it came to helping onboard me. Even when their website was overflowed and had issues with KYC, was never too much for them.
