Extremely Disappointed – Funded Account Denied After 3 Months and 13 Challenge Purchases Hi fellow traders, I want to share my experience with Alpha Capital Group so everyone can make their own informed decision. Over the last 3 months, I purchased 13 separate $10,000 accounts, spending approximately $520 in challenge fees (13 × $40). I breached 11 accounts, and of course Alpha had no issue taking those fees. Yesterday, I finally passed my Pro Account (Account ID: 2788484) after putting in significant time, effort, and discipline. Instead of receiving a congratulations email, I received an email stating that my account had been denied due to alleged "spamming of the order book." The evidence provided? Four small USDJPY trades. Just four. After months of trading, multiple failed accounts, and hundreds of dollars spent on challenges, I find it extremely difficult to understand how four low-volume orders can justify denying a funded account entirely. What makes this even more frustrating is that I currently have another Swing Account in Phase 2 with approximately $250 profit, requiring only another $250 to pass. Given the treatment I have already received, I have very little confidence that this account will be treated fairly either. As traders, we accept losses, failed challenges, and strict rules. What we don't expect is to successfully pass an evaluation and then have the goalposts moved afterwards based on what appears to be an extremely questionable interpretation of the rules. The reality is that I paid for 13 accounts, failed 11 of them, and only when I finally succeeded was I told that I would not receive a funded account. I feel completely let down and deeply disappointed by the way this has been handled. To anyone considering purchasing an account, I strongly encourage you to read the rules carefully and understand that even after passing, there may be further reviews that can ultimately prevent you from receiving a funded account. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with any prop firm.
