I am still in the evaluation phase but I wanted to write a review specifically for their customer care. I have been falsely breached 3 times with them before but they were quick to fix my issue. I also faced a weird technical issue, even if it sounded bizarre they were patient with me and helped me resolve it. I’m excited to reach the funded stage with them and see how it goes.

I was one of their first funded traders and their first interview. They banned me for no reason. I have all the documentation and they provided zero proof. I take 1-2% a payout and they deemed me gambling but could not provide the trading journal or the rule in which I broke. Mind you I hadn’t traded on my funded for 2 months waiting for Tradelocker.

They were helpful until the slap to the face
Banned me for no reason as I don’t trade high risk nor could they prove anything as they left me on read and wouldn’t show me anything.

Summary
They deemed me not in accordance with what’s best for the company and I’m high risk. I take 1-2% per payout and nothing more. So they wouldn’t provide me the evidence of a trading journal nor a rule broke. So they banned me completely and refunded me a challenge I had purchased.

I passed both phases with this firm but they came up with an excuse to not give the funded account. Don't waste your time and money with this firm since what Is know about this firm is unfortunately true!

Got my payout partially denied because I traded 20 lots USDJPY 2 minutes and 7 seconds before an AUD news (the trade lasted ~1 hour) Their rules say you cannot trade news 2 minute before and after RED NEWS if you're using more than 25% of your margin or you get your profit deducted. Their leverage is 1:100 as they advertise on website so 20 lots USDJPY is almost 20% of margin. Also to be precise opening the trade 2 minutes and 7 seconds is still in the rules. I basically got blatantly scammed even if my trade was within the rules
