Atmos Funded Prop Firm Reviews

​I am writing this to warn the trading community about the practices regarding account status transitions and activation fees at Atmos Funded. ​I successfully passed a 100k 1 step Plus challenge evaluation ( costs $149 ,and a $125 activation fee charged only after passing ) and the system explicitly marked the account as "Passed." Based on this status, I went ahead and paid the required activation fee since I passed and activation button was also active . However, after the payment was processed, the firm reversed the status and flagged the account as "breached." ​When I reached out to customer support to dispute this, they refused to issue a refund, stating that the activation fee is completely non-refundable once processed—even if the account is subsequently failed by their backend system (as shown in the support conversation). ​Taking a fee for a passed challenge and then failing the account after the money is secured is completely unacceptable. ​If you trade here, be aware that getting a "Passed" screen doesn't mean your funds are safe. They can and will take your activation fee and breach you afterward. Avoid until they fix their policies.

I’ve been trading with Atmos for a long time now and they are legit, and the rules are straight forward. The support team is really helpful, and most of the time, sort my questions fast and clear. The dashboard could be more updated, but overall, my experience have been good so far, I have nothing to complain about. I would only suggest to have more on demand payouts.

The firm is excellent, a wide variety of payment methods, the customer service is excellent. Although i didn't reach payout but i will definitely recommend and i will try again with this firm
