Audacity Capital is easily one of the best prop firms out there. The onboarding process was super quick, and I got my live account in no time. The trading conditions are excellent, and the support team is always active and incredibly fast to help. Plus, their payout process is seamless.

After some disappointing experiences with other prop firms, I was naturally cautious. However, Audacity Capital has completely changed my perspective. The onboarding process was smooth, and their support team has been responsive, professional, and genuinely trader-friendly whenever I’ve needed assistance. I’m currently trading a $120k funded account, and receiving my first payout was a seamless experience processed without any unnecessary delays or complications, which gave me even more confidence in the firm. One suggestion I’d love to see is a dedicated swing trading account with swap-free or long-hold-friendly conditions for traders who hold positions over multiple days. It would also be great to expand the available markets by adding assets like Platinum and more soft commodities, providing greater diversification opportunities. Overall, my experience with Audacity Capital has been excellent. It’s a transparent, reliable, and supportive prop firm that has restored my confidence, and I look forward to continuing my journey with them.

I passed the "Ability Challenge" and requested my first payout—my profit of $235. Following the request, Audacity Capital rejected the payment, flagged my account for violating the rules, and stated that the decision was final. They cited two reasons: 1. Trading during news events ("news trading") 2. DCA / Dollar-Cost Averaging Regarding news trading, their public rules indicate that trading during news events or holding positions over the weekend is "permitted." The wording states that traders should avoid opening, closing, or adding to positions within the 3 minutes before or after high-impact news releases, as this could be identified as excessive risk. In my case, the trade was not opened to capitalize on the news event. The position had been opened and managed many hours prior to the news release, with TP/SL (Take Profit/Stop Loss) levels set more than 11 hours in advance. I followed the same risk management process used in all my other trades throughout the account's history; only this position—managed 11 hours prior—coincided with a news event, proving that I avoided news trading by literally following the rules written on the company's website. As for the DCA point, the company's stance is even more unreasonable. My XAUUSD entries consisted of fixed lots—0.02, 0.03, or 0.01—across *only* two entries; they were obviously not based on Martingale or an aggressive loss-recovery system. They were small, planned entries involving gradual position scaling (*scale-in*) within a specific technical price zone. As mentioned, the XAUUSD lot sizes were very small. I did not use aggressive position scaling, nor did I risk the account on an "all-or-nothing" strategy. I requested a more detailed review based on the policies, including the exact trade IDs, the specific rule clauses applied, and a clarification on whether the automatic execution of TP/SL orders—set many hours before the news event—is treated the same way as a manual close during the news. They replied that the decision would stand. My concern is not just the payment rejection itself, but how the rules were interpreted. A trade managed many hours before the news was treated as a news-related violation, and two small 0.01-lot entries were treated as DCA. Traders need to be very careful regarding the interpretation of Audacity's rules. The rules should be clear; the news rule is listed as "News Trading / Weekend Holding: Allowed," and the rule itself advises avoiding opening, closing, or adding to positions within a 3-minute window—actions I adhered to as a trader. Regarding DCA, the rule's application is even more absurd; there was no continuous, progressive sequence of increasing lot sizes. There were small, planned 0.01-lot entries placed at technical levels. If their rule prohibits placing a second order on the same asset/direction while the first is in the red, that should be stated objectively; that is neither DCA nor progressive scaling—it is simply a restriction against opening more than one order on the same asset.

I've been trading with Audacity since 6 April 2026, and my experience has been excellent so far. I was fortunate enough to pass the evaluation and become funded. From the evaluation stage all the way to receiving my funded account, the entire process was smooth and straightforward—no unnecessary drama, no hidden issues, and no unexpected complications. I've now received 4 payouts, and every payout was processed without any problems. I wasn't subjected to unnecessary interviews, false accusations, or other obstacles that I've unfortunately experienced with some other prop firms. As a genuine trader, it's refreshing to work with a company that simply honors its terms when you trade within the rules. Based on my experience so far, I'm very happy to continue trading with Audacity. If everything continues to run as smoothly as it has, I'll definitely consider purchasing another evaluation account in the future. Of course, I'll continue to judge them over the long term, but as of today, my experience has been entirely positive. Hopefully, things continue this way with no unexpected surprises.
