• Minimum Trading Days: None

• News Trading: You can trade news on E8 Zero Forex without any restrictions (This includes SimFi™ challenge account (phase-1) and SimFI™ performance Account)

• Expert Advisors: All forms of automated trading are prohibited, including EAs, trading bots, AI tools, and high-frequency trading (300+ trades per day). Semi-automated trading is also not permitted.

• Copy Trading: E8 Markets allows copy trading across all accounts, including SimFi™ challenge and SimFI™ Performance accounts or personal accounts, as long as these accounts belong to you.

• Inactivity Rule: There is no time limit, but you need to place and close at least one trade every 7 days.

• Trading Hours: Trading is permitted between 17:00–15:10 CT. All open positions are force-closed daily at 15:10 CT.

• Prohibited Strategies:

  • Tick Scalping: A minimum of 50% of all profits must come from trades with a holding period of no less than 10 seconds.
  • 2% of a Product's Lock Limit: Holding a position within 2% of a product's lock limit is prohibited
  • Additional Prohibited Strategies: Gapped / Illiquid Market Trading, Exploiting Slow Data Feeds, Exploiting Price Display Errors, Semi-Automated / Fully-Automated Trading (Bots, AI, HFT), Holding Positions Within 2% of Lock Limit, Irresponsible / All-or-Nothing Trading, Hedging Across Multiple Users or Accounts, Tick Scalping (50%+ profits must come from trades held 10+ seconds), Account Rolling, Micro-Scalping During Illiquid Hours, Trading Incorrect Month Contracts, Cooperation with Other Traders, Non-Compliance with CME Group Rules
