Hi I want to share my experience with finotive funding. First of all I want to state that they're NOT SCAMMER. I, myself am a $200.000 finotive funded trader. Recently I, just requested $3733 that is 80% of $4666. The problem is, finotive stated that I violate the gambling rule because I did not put stoploss on my trade (which is not written on the agreement). Stoploss rule only apply for the instant funding. They assume I was gambling because I did not put stoploss. (I have a history of cutting losses and all of them were not even 2% of my equity ...

Their 1 step program is the best because the overall drawdown is 7,5%.
The ambiguity of the rules. for example, It is stated in the agreement that stoploss is not a requirement on normal account, but it's a requirement for instant funding account. In my case, I did not put stoploss. But when I profit, they stated that I was gambling because I did not use stoploss. It's kind of a grey area and they took advantage of it. Hence my profit split is only 10% from 80%

Dear Isennari, As per the emails sent to you, you were flagged due to not using a stop loss on 67 of 99 positions, thus failing to show any risk management on 70% of trades. Whilst stop losses are not mandatory on every single position for challenge accounts, failure to use proper risk management at the scale you have shown was seen to be a breach of our Gambling Rule due to an all-or-nothing approach: 7.6. Gambling Rule - When using our services, Gambling or all-or-nothing behaviour is not permitted. As a result of this breach, we temporarily reduced (NOT REJECTED) your profit split to 10% for this recent pay-out request in line with our terms, as we do not see it appropriate to reward trading performance which has been performed in breach of our rules. You were also advised to use stop losses where possible to show the implementation of proper risk management. Should you show an improvement in this area between now and your next pay-out, it will be paid at the full rate. Hope this provides some more clarity on the situation!

I bought 100K instant on 20th and in the morning I was up $50K. There was high spread and slippage on that day as everyone was complaining. around 1hr before requesting payout, my trades were closed in the middle and they closed my account without informing me. they accused me of risking more than risk limit which I didn't. I also have a proof of everything, the complains of all other traders. This is not a firm rather a scam firm that wants to scam traders and not pay their hard earned money.

Dear Abdirahman, Thankyou for taking the time to leave this review. The total risk is calculated based on your lot size, and stop loss placement and spreads and slippage are not factored in at all. On 19th September 2024 at 08:02:21 you had 2 positions open (tickets 31157042 & 31160223) with a combined cash risk of $3650, as was shown in your dashboard. As your Total Risk limit was $2,500, this was indeed a breach of terms, and your account was closed in line with said terms. 7.7. Outcomes In the event that the Customer breaks any of the rules laid out in Section 7, the following outcomes apply: 7.4. Total Risk Rule : Account Termination To reiterate, spreads and slippage do not affect the calculation of your cash risk.

The trader breached our Trading Behaviour Rule by increasing their average risk, and position size on Metals when funded vs during the challenge. The trader's payout was not denied, but temporarily reduced in line with the terms. Their previous 2 payouts totalling $8k were paid at the full split as at that time they had followed the rules.

The trader did indeed breach our Trading Behaviour Rule by increasing their average risk, and position sizes on Crypto instruments when funded vs during the challenge. Their payout was not denied, simply reduced this time in line with the terms.

I had 4 funded accounts and 1 challenge account with Finotive. Because of many accounts, I use EA copy trade. However, there is one time I put SL for my master account but slave accounts didn't copy SL. As a result, I violated RTP rules, so they reduced profit for my first account. For 2nd and 3rd account, they said I violated many times, so they closed all of my accounts. Even my master account didn't violate any rules and my challenge account didn't get refund. Dear Hung, Thanks for your review and we are sorry that your experience was not positive. It is first worth pointing our that prior to this rule breach, you had 23 payouts with us! So it is very sad to see such a negative review considering your massive financial gain from using our services. Regarding this breach, in December 2023 when the account was closed, we had in place a set of risk management rules called the RTP (Responsible Trading Policy). Part of this ruleset was that ALL trades must have a stop loss placed. You breached this rule due to position #5772689 being opened and closed with no stop loss, and as you had already received a warning on 30th November 2023, in line with the terms at that time, the consequence was account closure and payout rejection. Whilst now we are more lenient with our risk rule for challenge accounts, we cannot retrospectively remove a rule which was present at the time, and so we must stick with the fact that you breached the rules which you agreed to at the time, and we acted fully in line with the same terms.
