Support are excellent - all of them. I used MT5 and the trading conditions (slippage, spreads and execution) are great: absolutely no requotes experienced so far. The only thing that should be improved is the cost of swaps that isa little bit high (slightly above $5 per 0,1/lot) I just passed the challenge and I'm waiting for a Master account which I believe will happen soon. The KYC also was smooth and fast.

Trading conditions are really good, execution speed is fast, there was no issues with execution or the platform itself. Customer service is one of the best, i had an issue with KYC (which was my fault) and Juan was there literally in seconds to help me resolve it in minutes

The rules for 1-step accounts are not insanely bad or even bad, they're really good
Honestly, its a fact that the drawdown carries over from challange to master. I mean it really depends on the trader because for me its kinda good because you can master your discipline and position sizing even further but it might be frustrating or even a deal breaker for other traders because it might take extra time to reach that first, juicy payout

The business looks solid and improving greatly, it took some time but, thanks to such opportunity given, I was able to improve my strategy and obtain the first results despite having to cope with strict drawdown limits. Great experience throught fortraders firm, with friendly dashbord . Support team are easly accessible , very helpful and quickly responsive via both discord channel and dashbord. They provide reliable trading conditions with executive AI report for trading summary, although l'm struggling with my assesment this time but feel things'll be better anyway to explore more about payout reliability

I took a trial test, and after passing, they interviewed me to verify my identity and present my trading method. Only after passing the interview was I granted live access, but when I reached a profit target, they refused to grant it, citing identity fraud. I've used this identity to KYC-check with many funds and have never encountered a similar problem. Stay away from it. They deleted the account information shortly afterward, but I recorded a screenshot before it was deleted. I am willing to provide proof.

RISK DEPARTMENT DECISION After a comprehensive review, we determined that the individual operating the account is not the same person whose identity was used to complete the KYC identiy verification. Using another person's identity on our platform constitutes fraud, which is both strictly prohibited and illegal.
