purchased a 20k account with Maven last month and struggled in phase 1 for a month passed phase 2 in a day. I got the credentials as fast as possible in each phase and KYC completed within an hour. In my opinion this is an underrated firm. I hope I will reach payout soon 🙏

Great firm, with a good customer care support team, good trading conditions and speedy withdrawals!! However their dashboard could be made more aesthetically pleasing and more and more detailed.

Support is top notch, there are more than 2 mods active so you get your questions answered lightning fast, also credential processing time is so fast, didnt even take more than 20min so i like that. Dashboard is okay but needs a little bit ot improvement and lastly trading conditions on match trader are not that great, generally the platform is not okayish so i doubt its fully mavens fault!

This propfirm really deserves better recognition. They have a very structured back office operation in supporting the customer service. I was funded recently and getting my first payout. As you know, payout processes are keys to every funded trader experience. Upon payout request, the team was quick to respond as well as the COO personally involved to screen and approve every payouts. I find this firm to be good, their challenges are affordable with the best customer service in the industry, the only problem is their spreads with some pairs which are abit wider and there execution speed and manual closing of trades is somehow slow, overall Maven is good despite the few setbacks which i believe they will improve.

I tried many of prop firms before but Maven is simply the best. Very simple and clear rules, amazing customer service, speedy review of account , speedy kyc and incredible quick payout ( 7 minutes from time when I sent bank details till I received payment) I don't have enough words to say how much I recommend this company

This came In a few hours, crazy fast. Maven on point as per usual, cannot express enough gratitude to the support team. The spread Is a few pips for xauusd, which isn't ideal but not bad. Match trader is very user friendly to my surprise.

This is the firm with the most seamless KYC process that I have ever seen. Trading Conditions are manageable since its match trader, my only concern is that spread is quite high in comparison to other firms.
