Customer care - Very quick, but vague answers, if they do actually manage to answer your questions. Trading conditions - The daily drawdown being based on equity is such a negative for swing traders. If a swing trader's trade is up by 3% at drawdown reset, and then drops to break even, and the trader closes at break even, the trader only has 1% drawdown limit for the day. The customer care was excellent and fast, credentials were given almost immediately. The spread wasnt the best but it was manageable for the price that was paid

I like the firm for the fact that they process order within minutes but there was a slippage on every order execute and the spread is huge, the spread plus slippage is quite bad for me. Secondly, the trailing drawdown is equity based which in my opinion is also bad, and I recommend it is made balance based with that, it may ease the strictness.
