They owe my mt5 live account 100K since June with a promise to pay after 6 weeks with 0.5% interest/week - but after nearly 5 months they still haven't paid, they keep promising to pay when MT5 is available, but now that MT5 is available they still haven't paid and are always slow in the payment process, don't trust them, they are an unreliable company, I have all the conversations with them and have taken pictures as evidence if needed

In my opinion, this is the best firm out there. The support team is quick to respond, and I've even seen the head of support step in to resolve issues personally. The trading conditions and slippage are outstanding. What more could a trader ask for? I had a problem that the CEO personally addressed, which added a special touch to my experience. It felt great to be treated as an individual rather than just a customer. I'm excited to see what the future holds!

What I like the most about the firm is the exceptional support system. The team is quick to respond, and their dedication to resolving issues efficiently really stands out. I've even experienced personal attention from top management, including the CEO, which made me feel valued as an individual rather than just another customer. Additionally, the firm's trading conditions, including minimal slippage, are among the best I’ve encountered. This combination of excellent service, strong leadership involvement, and top-tier trading conditions has made my experience with the firm outstanding
What I liked the least about the firm was that there was a bit of a delay in getting a response during a migration period. However, I understand that such transitions can naturally cause temporary slowdowns. What really stood out, though, was how the CEO personally stepped in to resolve the issue quickly, which more than made up for the delay. This level of involvement reassured me of the firm’s commitment to its clients.
