Nothing changes, the last account I lost with you last week was $50k, it was because of a chart problem that occurred during the market opening. Since the migration its been nothing but a disaster. I had 4x 200k and 3x 100k accounts breached due to being in the US as a non citizen without any warning. We were instructed to reach out to support and submit documentation confirming our non US citizenship in order to retrieve our accounts. Ive made 4 tickets that all get closed as resolved without a response. Sent DMs in the discord as requested by the moderators without any reply. Personally want to reach out to Diomand from the team. He has sorted out an issue i was quite upset about, and much more. He took his time out, at a late time to reach out to me and personally solved an issue in 10 minutes or less.
