Overall Ascendx is in my top 3 firms to use. Customer care is incredible and it is led by owners who generally care for their traders. The speed in which issues are resolved are also amazing and I've had so many great assistance from Andrew, Lax, Diamond - so many more who has always been helpful. If you're looking for a new prop firm, then i would 100% recommend these guys. Today i received my second payout with Ascendx, this my second payout cycle with them and two payouts. Support is always helpful and you can see the co-founder's in general chat and talk with them. Many bad reviews for Ascendx out here but all i can say is just follow the rules and get paid thats it. I specially thanks to our CO-Founder Alex and dear moderator Edd for being helpful during my process.

Received multiple payouts with ascendX - and it has been a smooth process every single time. They have the best rules out of every firm, and are very reliable. Customer support is great, and sorts out issues no problem. Unlike other firms, it is much better for the payout stage, as there are no shady rules, such as 5 min. Trading days , that other firms have. They also allow news trading as long as a limit is set 5mins + prior, which is great as it suits my trading style. overall great experience, would definitely recommend.

They are still be the best prop firm choice for me. There're nice support's team here. Even if sometimes we face some issue, but you know well everywhere have problems but the most important thing is your problem has been solved?
