Customer care here is second to none. Alex (one of the owners) is active daily in their Discord server, always answering questions, providing key updates and even does random giveaways all the time! There is an amazing community within AscendX and I want to give a shout out to Storm, Raz and Diamond who go above and beyond whenever I’ve had a query or issue and it’s resolved fast! When Ascendx first started, I bought an account with them earlier in the year but was held up due to the industry-wide ban on US residents. I joined Ascendx in May and ever since joining then I experienced great customer support as they treat you as one of their own, fast replies to queries or problems in chat and all around a great experience. I faced a small delay (1 day delay) in my account checks and i jumped into the general chat and (@X | Ascendx Capital) had my problem under control within minutes and my account then got pushed to priority. things like that make you feel assured in the company and safe and that's why I will continue to purchase accounts from them.

In the midst of scams, a real good firm. Prop industry is going through major changes and ascendx is leading the way with smaller targets and fair price. The trading conditions are the best compared to major firms like Fundednext, FTMO, E8 or any other firm. Absolutely love the freshdesk and immediate support on Discord as well. I see them growing into one of the biggest players of the industry. Ascendx offers great customer support, 24/7. Online support is always available. Trading conditions are next to none. Multiple platforms for traders to choose from. Like every propfirm, Ascendx has rules which are required to be followed, however this should not be an issue for serious traders. When looking for a prop firm, the number one thing you are looking for is reliablity and that is exactly what you get with Ascendx. Alex and the team have been very open, honest and transparent when faced with obstacles that a lot of other firms would have used as an excuse to shut down or reject payouts. Highly recommend, I have been trading with them from the beginning and they are truly amazing!! There’s been ups and downs but nothing they haven’t or will not over come.
