Ascend is my go to firm simply because of the transparency and honesty of the owners. They have gone out of their way to ensure we have the best trading conditions possible while keeping us updated with migrations and onboarding of MT5. They have gone above and beyond when I have had the slightest issue and that is the reason they are not only number 1 but quite possibly the only prop from you will need. I have only had a positive experience with Ascend Capital so far. Support has been very responsive and it is positive to see how engaged the founders Alex and James are with the community as I see they are very active in the discord and always seem welcoming if you have any issues. The conditions are great as I currently use the Trader platform and have not experienced any out of ordinary slippage or execution problems so I would say this is very competitive. Actually, after I have fried, those guys requested first payout, but unfortunately, I have violated the rules so got rejected and to be honest the fault was on me, but after the second cycle, I have respected and noticed the role good they just paid to me smooth with amazing support Better than almost all pro firms. Ascendx Capital have a great support team, trading conditions are the best around, funded contracts are issued quickly, payouts are always on time, rules are straightforward, and their pricing has to be one of the best in the sector. I love trading with Ascendx, the community is strong, more like a family, and I have zero worry or fear, as I know if I trade within the rules that I will get paid, what more can you ask for.

I requested for my first payout to Ascendx Capital on 31st July 2024, but still no response from them. I have raised ticket also and several emails also, but no response. I followed all the rules and made $1405 on my first funded account. Also I made another payout request on another funded account of Ascendx Capital on 6th August of $ 525 and still no response from them. I will never recommend to go with this company and it is the worst experience i had with any prop firm.

I want to share my terrible experience with ascendxcapital to warn others. I bought for a challenge trading account, and I passed phase 1 and 2 to funded account, after making $1,362 in profits, I requested a withdrawal. Without any valid explanation, my account and profits were suddenly confiscated. The company accused me of fraudulent activity when I tried to withdraw. They refused to provide any evidence or clear explanation. I strongly advise against dealing with this company—don't risk your money with them

Very great firm, till date I had 3 payout with them with no problems, good trading conditions and good comunity, their support is a little slow sometimes but I think its just because their are growing faster than expected, besides that, very great experience with this firm till date.
