I have been trading with ascend x for the last two months and my experience has been great. The owner Alex sorted out a slight issue I had with my account promptly when I raised the issue. so far I have received my payout in 48 hours for 12k sent to my rise wallet after requesting. I believe this firm is here to stay for the long run and I am trying to get max allocation with them. The rules are not complicated and easy for me to follow as I am a swing trader. The balance based static drawdown of 10% is what I love the most

I’ve been paid out over 19k usd by Ascendx and of course with their speedy growth, things have been tough for them, but they’ve always prioritised their clientele and they don’t mess around with payouts. Every payout has dropped on time and the process is swift and seamless. looking forward to rinsing more out of them 😉

I don’t understand the bad reviews. The AscendX support is the best i’ve ever seen. Super fast AND they really add a personal touch to support. You aren’t just a ticket number to them. I’ve got 2 payouts so far and all within 3-5 working days. People who complain about payouts being denied are simply those that breach the clearly specified rules. My biggest payout so far with AscendX was $21.5k. And they paid straight into my rise account. Follow the rules and you’ll get paid. Its as simple as that. We have no issues paying out payouts as large as 5-figures, or even $84,000, as we have paid to one trader! Firstly I hit the second phase target on 11th after many days of trading, exceeding largely their 2 minimum trading days, I have successfully submitted my KYC and waied for the contract to be issued then the live account. Please understand that we do not deal with KYC verifications ourselves, as we hire these services from our KYC verification partner, Veriff. IF they've deemed your account as 'fraudulent' and are unable to verify you, there's not much we can do to help, unfortunately. It is never our intention to deny traders their hard-earned contracts or payouts. Most of our clients are easily confirmed as verified by Veriff and have no issues. Pathetic Slow Support . Tactics to reject payouts by bringing new rules out of no where everyday . and breaching accounts of funded traders . The Process of everything is like a turtol . You will suffer from the day 1 . they takes 5 days to give you account of phase 2 . 10 days for contract and active funded account . when you request payout. atleast 20 days to get a respond . My payout has been unfairly rejected by AscendX Capital based on incorrect and misleading analysis. It is unjust to change rules overnight and retroactively apply them to trades that took place a month ago. My payout has been denied due to a 3% risk exposure rule that was only added last night, while the trades in question were executed a month ago when no such rule existed. Below, you can clearly see that the term "Exposure Risk" was added to your FAQs just last night. Additionally, they have deleted the old FAQs that you added 10 days ago about the 3% risk on any trade (a closed trade). This has now been updated to the term "Exposure." This is a complete act of dishonesty towards traders. You cannot change rules every day, cancel payouts, and breach traders' accounts. Here is the evidence that you have deleted the old FAQs.. they rejected my payout based on a rule they added last night, while I took the trades 26 days ago when no such rule existed. Check the evidence below! How could I follow a rule if there was no rule at that time? All trades on account 4160112 are positive, and there is no losing trade. How can this be considered gambling? As I mentioned, you added this exposure term just last night. There is no justification for canceling my payout and enforcing a rule on trades that occurred 26 days ago.

Very happy to receive my first payout with AscendxCapital. They are doing an amazing job and you shouldn‘t sleep on them. Like other firms they have had their issues, but they always tackled them very well and were extremely transparent along the way. Their own MT5 broker launching soon aswell, it will be lights out then! Super excited to continue working with them.

Hello, I write this review because the help support in Ascendx is horrible... I've tried several prop firms and this is not the best; I hope they get better. So basically, I tried to reach to support creating 4 tickets but after 24h no answer. I passed the 1st stage but the website is broken and says random things like "in progress" or "0 days traded"... In the Discord their team doesn't really help and seems their not saying 100% the true. Besides that, suddenly a lot of people is making noise because some issues with Ascendx like not paying, breac...
