I have been trading in Ascendx since the beginning of April 2024. before buying the challenge, I sat in their Discord for a week and talked with them - active CEOs, and a quick response from mods and support currently, for me, this company has a great potential to become #1 in the market because: they will have their own broker (introduction in ~2 months), fast payouts, incredible team (helped solve all issues, I like them not just as a team, but as people ), trading on MT5. since the company will implement its own broker, we have the opportunit...

the team helps in any matter, a good foundation for long-term work, fast payouts, active CEOs, no problems with the spread
the only minus for me is x2 leverage for crypto on Ctrader (x10 for mt5). but this is due to the fact that the Purple broker has such conditions, with the Ascendx broker it will be different

Great prop firm. Some reviews might be bad but in my opinion is does not do justice to this prop firm. The customer service is great and they help whenever you need. It’s a new prop firm so some of you might be scared to try it out but trust me - join and make use of the discount codes before this firm takes off without you.

Never received funded account credentials 3 weeks after passing. Ascendx is an absolute mess. All you have to do is go sit on there on their Discord channel for a while and you'll see for yourself. It's non-stop issues. I can tell you from watching Discord that most users are not reporting their negative experiences. I suppose it's so they don't get blocked. They ignored 3 support tickets / emails. I've considered my money gone.

keep giving issue of Tech problem and DISABLED many traders from executing trades and false BREACHED the accounts. Many traders are not happy and complaining in the discord, but they asked to submit ticket / email support. Worst part is the discord not allowed to open ticket, they BLOCKED user from submitting tickets. And emails never reply and just ignored the problem by answering.. If not, we'd love to assist you, James. Please email us at: wade@ascendxcapital.com to discuss your case. Yes, we've had an issue where False breaches were reported and detected for our traders. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We understand, that these disruptions are frustrating and distracting to traders. Once again - our Tech team has now fully resolved the issue, as we've said. So it wasn't an excuse, but simply reality. Unfortunately, literally all successful companies in the world have faced issues, but success is determined how well they find solutions and resolve these. In our eyes, we are very resilient and tackle any issues that arise in a prompt and effective manner. We also offered Refunds to traders for accounts that were untraded, have no issues paying people out ( biggest single payout being $84,000+ ) so how exactly are we a scam sir?

I've been recently funded with Ascendx capital and i have nothing but good things to say. Spreads and executions were great, i traded mostly crpto. Payout was fast , and the support team and owners are good people. They just need to fix a little bit their dashboard, but they're working on it

This is a relatively new firm. I really like it I have like 4 fundeds from them. When they moved from brokers they forced closed all trades so few of mine were running loss but after that I got all my loses recovered which is very good. Owner is also really nice he helps u with every issue there is.

Appreciate the kind review, Louis. Usually we issue the credentials almost instantly in most cases, but when we were facing issues we've had a little delay in that department. However, we have implemented significant improvements since then and we're back to smooth sailing once again!

Asendex always show commitment to their customers. They are honest and have great integrity. The CEO is always available to help with any issues and immediately sorts them. Trading conditions are great and there are no hidden rules. Had my first payout with them without any issues and would reccomened them to any serious trader

To me this prop firm has great potential to be great company. So far the customer service reps try there best to answer all question from customer. Also the trading conditions are great. I do wish they had option for zero spreads. Hope that i get my payout as today makes 14days on my account. Will wait to see so i can update my review.
