Everything works fine untill you pass a challenge. They will reject your KYC and won't even give you a reason. There KYC partner is sumsub i have done KYC's on multiple firms before all accepted but not on myfundedfx. sumsub asked me to contact myfundedfx for support and i did and instead of solving the problem they tried to threaten me of not giving a refund. Support was very unfriendly. He didn't even want to listen what i had to say.

I had purchased one step 25k account of myfundedfx, at that time i was just entering in propfirms and was unaware about static and trailing drawdown, it was trailing drawdown and i went in almost 8% up, then suddenly i start losing trades it hit drawdown, however their trading conditions were good, ceo of myfundedfx is was active and still active on Twitter, but they banned pakistan. They don't have payout denials so far. Overall a good profirm.

Best firm when it comes to payout times and credential providing process. Customer care is great too. Dashboard and trade journal ETC are very good. Trading conditions could be improved a little bit. I would like to see lower spread and lower slippage with the indices. Even adding some commissions to compansate the lower slippage would be nice.
