According to my experience for few months, 5%ers is one of the most reliable prop firms in the industry now. They still offer MetaTrader plat form, spreads are very low, order execution is fast, payout processing speed is very consistent, customer support is good. Only disadvantage, in my view, is the maximum capital at the start is limited to USD100k. 5%ers is truly a 5 star firm.
