40% Consistency Rule Per Position

• No single trade may account for more than 40% of your total profits on both evaluation and funded.

• Inactivity Rule: You must place at least one trade every 14 days to keep the account active. Accounts with no trading activity for a 14-day period will be terminated due to inactivity.

• News Trading: The5ers Futures allows trading during news events. There are no restrictions on trading around economic releases, as long as you follow all risk and account rules.

• Copy Trading: You are allowed to copy trade between your futures accounts.

• Overnight Holding: Overnight positions are permitted only on Swing programs

  • Please ensure that at least 10 minutes before market close (4:50 PM ET), all positions exceeding 1 mini contract or 1 micro contract are fully closed.
  • Failure to comply with this rule may result in account termination.

• HFT, Hedging and Algo Trading: not allowed

• Trading Hours: Futures markets operate nearly 24 hours per day, Sunday through Friday, from 6:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST the following day, with a daily maintenance break from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST.

• Profit Split: 80%

• Payout Threshold: 4%

• Withdrawals: Available on a biweekly basis (every 14 days). There is no specific minimum profit threshold mentioned for withdrawals.

• Payout Cap:

  • 25K Account: $1,250
  • 50k Account:
    • Payout 1: $1,500
    • Payout 2: $2,000
    • Payout 3: $2,500
    • Payout 4 and thereafter: $3,000
  • 100K Account:
    • Payout 1: $3000
    • Payout 2: remains 3% of the account balance
  • 150K account:
    • Payout 1: $4500
    • Payout 2: remains 3% of the account balance

• New Balance After Withdrawal: After withdrawing a payout, your balance will start with a new 4% drawdown calculated from your new starting balance.

• Commission Percentage on payouts:

  • Rise and Cryptocurrencies, and Bank Transfers: 3.5%
  • HUB Credits: No commission percentage
