They rejected my first payout because of an absurd rule: you must wait 30 minutes between trades, or the losses combine and breach the 1% limit. But at the moment, my experience is extremely negative: payout rejected, the Risk Department is silent, support does not provide any status, and the trader is left without an explanation after the payout rejection. This is why I have a reasonable concern: a trader’s payout is rejected, they are accused of violating the rules, no evidence is provided, no clear answer is given, and the trader is effectively left without any real opportunity to defend their position.
