EQUITY EDGE SCAM + Full experience as a trader with 350k in prop firm capital. So im having to rewrite this review andalso update my experience and you will see why. So i first started trading with equity edge pretty much when they first came out in 2023 when i was very much developing into becoming a consistently profitable trader, but not quite there yet, and you know they was cheap, they sold very well on the idea of ‘super fast payouts’ (how times have changed eh), but regardless i liked their conditions never had a problem so continued trading, eventually became very consistently profitable, passed the challenge received my first payout as expected i followed all the rules and then i was on board for getting my second + consecutive payout and it was rejected, not only was it rejected my account was fully closed, i could not log in, and i had to chase them up before receiving the infamous email: “Dear Trader,Following a thorough investigation of your account, including an analysis of your trading history, login data, and other relevant factors, we have determined that your activity closely aligns with patterns indicative of group trading and/or account management. Our records confirm that the same device was used to log in to multiple Equity Edge accounts belonging to different users, including” (They go on to list two email addresses that i am not familiar with and state i am banned from further trading with them.) This is completely false and absurd and nothing more needs to be said and of course we know this based on other frequent reviews like this. One of the guys named Martin tries to get in contact with me, but honestly im in no mood to talk, this firm is obviously out here to shaft me (This was my thinking at the time), but hes willing to have a phone conversation and then lobs the word ‘compensation’ i strictly tell him that the only compensation i would take is my payout processed at the minimum, if not, there is nothing to talk about, he never acknowledged that and so no conversation took place, because i am not interested in some 25k instant account bs, (btw my account was a 10k account and the payout rejected was 411 usd). But this was until a few weeks later where he calls up on monday 23rd of february, he tells me that I've done what they accused me of and then he tries to play dumb with me and go on to explain ‘why’ they enforce this rule knowing full well himself that i have not committed in any such ‘group trading’ and they clearly accuse people of this all time based on the frequent daily reviews on Trustpilot. But then i tell him i sincerely didnt, the only thing i can think of since although i dont know how their so called ‘infrastucture’ flags this, is that i was using a trade copier which btw at the time was completely allowed under the condition that the accounts all belong to you of course, but i believe as i am writing this they have changed rules since then regarding trade copying and also he never said to me that trade copying was a problem anyways so lets be clear, they did not ban and reject my payout because of this, but for ‘group trading’. So you know Martin sounds like a reasonable guy, he asked me to send him proof that i was using the trade copier which was also in use before and leading towards my first payout which was processed btw, and so i did, in return i would get my second rejected payout processed and my funded account unbanned. He also asked me to take down a review that i wrote out on Reddit which got very popular, and so i did in good faith that i believed we was going to get this sorted, so now on thursday 26th, Martin calls me to tell me that the risk team are approving my claim, everything is looking good and for me to message him tomorrow when i am available to call for update, i do so and i got no repy, followed up on tuesday of next week, thursday as well, read but no reply, friday i make it clear that if i dont receive any update by wednesday 18th march i will result to posting my reviews again, and he responded something like ‘Dont worry we will make sure we update you by wednesday!’, as blunt as that and surprise surprise, no call so i have no choice but to write this out. Now im thinking how obvious it was, how can someone trade copier which is allowed just to reiterate, suggest that i was explicitly logging into other MT5 accounts on the same device associated with other emails as Martin put it, its nonsense, they fooled me twice, this time with their PR trick and so now its very important i report on this. Something I forgot to mention as well is that when they sent me the email, I asked them for proof of this, they failed to do so and instead played dumb with some answer completely irrelevant to my question and from there they continued to ignore my emails. Now here are my opinions on why they banned me despite it only being a 411 usd payout as someone who has 350k in total funded capital amongst other firms, i also have reason to believe they lie about their ‘top payouts’ since they have no public leaderboards. Lets make it clear, they are no FTMO or 5%ers, they are a prop firm that rely purely on challenge fees, they do not have the infrastructure to capitalize on their data and allocate profitable traders to an A booking system, so they just kick them off. Now despite that they still know the statistics i dont dispute that they have data, but they know what a dangerously consistenly long term profitable trader looks like compared to someone who might, say maybe gets a payout based on one singular lucky scalp trade on XAUUSD for example, this is who they want on board because typically those traders dont stay around for long because of its unsustainability in nature and the statistics prove that for most traders. Now the traders who Swing, who trade assets that most traders dont even touch, whos profit request doesnt come from one trade but multiple trades across different assets with high volume is someone they fear, and rightly so, if they hadnt of banned me a month ago, i am certain by now i would have processed other 1k with them just from a 10k account, this would be huge liability for them because imagine someone capable of that, replicating similar returns on a 100k account. Bottom line dont think something like this cant happen to you, and if it does dont get fooled by the call to follow up which is purely for PR purposes, its a cheeky trick thats designed to stall you. As someone who has been in the prop firm space for long enough now, it is really important to go with a firm that is trusted, even if they are more expensive, but like i said this is a very old account i bought, and it just happened to be one of the first firms i got funded with first, it was also an account where i planned to use my payouts to spend on basic living expenses, so although im disappointed for these reasons, this will hardly affect me as i am already loaded in capital and plan on developing and scaling with the most trusted firms.

Equity Edge – Payout Rejection After Review • Requested payout: 13th August • Expected processing: 48 hours, up to 5 working days • Actual: payout not processed even after waiting longer than 5 days • After posting a review about my experience, the CEO personally contacted me and rejected my payout Takeaway: Equity Edge may delay or reject payouts even after completing all requirements, especially if you publicly share feedback. Traders should be cautious and keep documentation of all requests and communications.

I traded profitably, but my payout was denied and my accounts were restricted after I was accused of copy trading. The accusation was based purely on overlapping trades on the same instrument across two accounts even though the trades were placed manually. In practice, this means you can follow the rules, trade manually, and still lose your payout if their system flags overlapping exposure. Intent does not matter, explanations do not matter, and payouts can be denied after the fact. Many traders would reasonably consider this a payout trap. If you value transparency and fair treatment, think twice before trading here

I am an affiliate who drove genuine, paid traffic to their platform. Upon requesting my withdrawal on Feb 2, 2026, my account was permanently banned. The "Fake Rule": Support (Agent 'SwaggerHardy') claimed I violated a rule by creating "duplicate promo codes." I have reviewed their current Terms & Conditions and Help Center-there is no such rule. > Evidence Provided: I have screenshots of the $5k withdrawal request, the chat logs where they admit the reason for the ban, and a copy of their T&C proving the "duplicate code" rule is fabricated.

⚠️ Equity Edge — Very Disappointing Experience After Passing Both Steps I recently completed both evaluation steps with Equity Edge, meeting all profit targets and following every publicly stated rule. Despite this, my accounts were flagged for “full porting” immediately after completion, and I was later informed that I had violated their so-called “Gambling Policy.” When I asked for clarification, the support team explained that “full porting” means “risking your entire daily drawdown limit on a single trade.” However, there is no such rule listed anywhere in their official documentation or the “Prohibited Trading Strategies” section on their Help Center. The rules they referenced mention only things like arbitrage, latency trading, martingale, or order spamming — none of which apply to my trading activity. My trades were standard risk-controlled ICT setups, and the “evidence” they provided showed a total loss of just –$401 on a $10,000 account (well within a 5% daily drawdown). When I questioned why this supposed issue wasn’t flagged after Step 1 — and only appeared after I successfully passed Step 2 — the support response was simply: “Decision from the team is final.” This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. The rule they used to disqualify me doesn’t exist in their published material, and their reasoning appears entirely subjective. Summary: • Completed both steps successfully. • No clear or written rule violated. • Accused of “gambling” without evidence. • No escalation or supervisor review possible. • “Decision is final” — case closed. It feels like an excuse to avoid funding traders who actually pass. Until Equity Edge can clearly define and publish their rules — and apply them consistently — I would not recommend trading with them. Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) — Rapolas

I’ve been using EquityEdge for over a year, and my experience ended in the most disappointing way possible. Out of nowhere, my account was permanently suspended for “group trading.” This accusation makes absolutely no sense. I trade on my own, and I’ve never been part of any so called group trading. If multiple people around the world happen to take trades at the same time, that doesn’t make it “group trading.” By that logic, anyone following similar setups is guilty. What makes it worse is that they never provided me with any proof or details just a vague email days later, after my account was already gone. When I tried to raise the issue on their Discord, my message was deleted immediately and my account was muted for 23 hours so I couldn’t reply, open a ticket, or defend myself. That tells me everything I need to know about how little transparency and fairness they actually have. In my opinion, this feels like a way to push traders out without accountability. No evidence, no explanation, no fair treatment. After being with them for a year, I expected professionalism, but instead I got silence, censorship, and a ban. I would not recommend EquityEdge to anyone who values transparency, fairness, or their hard earned money.

Scam Prop Firm - Refused to pay my second payout ($706). They avoid paying successful traders. I followed every rule, showed full transparency, and was still shut out. This company is from England and you can report it for fraud to the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) Link: https://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/report-scam

Very Bad Prop Firm. The refused to let me advance to their funded stage due to gambling practices. However, I didn't take any trade against their gambling practices, all my trades had 2% Stop Loss and I never went below the 1.5% floating Loss at any given time. You just cannot pass with 1 trade or they will flag you as gamble, and keep your money. Truspilot is fake as they flag all bad reviews and Trustpilot removes them. Completely avoid it.

Fake positive reviews, tons of burried complaints! I'm the new victim Here is a full breakdown of one more scam prop firm! If you read till the end, you are going to be shocked :) I've won a giveaway account by them, thought that everything would be smoother, I opened a ticket with them on Discord, I was promised that their manager, Martin, will handle my case ASAP, I waited for hours, and asked for a follow-up, and I was promised once again with the same thing. Martin was online all this time and active in the chat and other friendly channels. I waited patiently since I know that they might be busy, I asked for an ETA, any ETA, after some hours, and they said "I cannot provide you with a specific ETA" which is weird but I agreed. I reached out the next day when Martin was online, and no response. At the end of the US session, I decided to send a message to Martin in the public chat asking him (kindly and respectfully) to just give me an ETA, and no reply. I literally reached a step in which I was (begging) them to cooperate! The shocking part was that he appeared after some hours in the public chat joking with traders and I mentioned him once again, and his choice was to ignore me alone and responding to other trader. I documented everything in the ticket complaining as a part of my rights, and guess what! As a punishment, the support team decided to stop replying to me! A lot of complaints about this firm, they were about to shut down before, traders waiting for payouts for (months) and the same technique with them by the support: No ETA, repetitive escalations with no reply, ignoring answering TrustPilot's review, and keeping promoting with weird discounts! I even defended EE at some point when a trader reached out for a payout that is pending for months, and I kindly asked for an ETA for him, but the reply was: "Umm, soon!" They burry other complaints from traders with denied payouts or rejected funded accounts by hundreds of reviews that are most likely to be fake! A firm that is not that popular, not listen in any single trustful firm reviewers like Propfirmmatch, and this firm has thousands of reviews from users who never published anything on Trustpilot. 20 1-star reviews accusing them to be a scam in the last 4 days, so you can imagine what happens behind the scene :) I can't blame EE for being a scam company or with terrible support and management. In the end, it's not a regulated industry! Not even a single trader is protected by the law! So it's a fertile environment for thieves who are there to make as much money as possible before they shut down. Most of the firms don't actually copy traders, so their only source of profits is the failures of their their clients. Every payout is a loss for those firms, every compensation is a pain, every giveaway is a disturb, and every single consistent trader is a threat! Remember! No matter how much money they pay out, they -maybe- paid million out, but they also denied millions of money! A message to the support team specially the poor agents, yes, you need the salary, but that does (never) mean to cooperate with thieves! Then, there is no difference between you and a bank robber! Don't sell yourself for a couple of hundreds of dollars monthly, you are worthless! A message to their managers, I hope you shut down soon causing less traumas to traders, to escape with the least possible harm to us! Whether Martin, or his managers, you are a part of a ship that is sinking! I hope EE recovers its reputation soon, but with different staff and management, I mean every single one of them!

equity edge blocked my payout, for no real reason. to show proof they sent me a photo from a list of trades that were not even played by my account, since I never trade in us30/ger30. they told me to send an email yesterday, while they just sent me a zeroed account. I am totally disappointed. I will never buy an account in equity edge again, I will burn the account that I have active and change companies, after many problems we have had I was hoping that you were going the right way but it was a waste of time. after I made a request to review the situation they blocked me. finally scam

I bought the challenge and the only reason was the access to MT5. I liked their platform, dashboard, rules... TODAY they announced the MT5 is gone due to some problems with their broker and they issued a new 'platform. "We are pleased to inform you that we have onboarded with MatchTrade, and all accounts will be merged to MatchTrade" ... Thank You guys... I am OUT :-(

Terrible firm, support bump you off more time than not. Always problems with their systems. They are sly and update rules without letting the community know to catch you out. You can’t trade any red news event even if that news event doesn’t correlate with your pair the 4 minute window rule applies to all pairs even if the red folder isn’t relevant for what you are trading. All they do is pump out adverts and discounts for more money and clients but don’t fix the issues with then causes more people to have issues. Owners literally hide behind a screen but are happy to show off their social media influencer puppets by taken them out to dinner and going to events grooming them to mask a poorly ran firm. They will come up with stupid excuses to get out of paying profits. Some moderators lie in the ticket support system and always forget about you. The public lounge on their discord is always flooded with people raising issues about the firm. They play the nice guy cards as a front but can’t run a business properly with priorities the wrong way around by scraping money from discounts and advertising campaigns instead of reinvesting into more staff or better systems. They recently made max allocation to 100k which is odd as well and this was around about the time when payouts where having issues. This firms bread crumbs they leave screams scam with not enough funds to pay out traders hence the add campaigns and sneaky rule changes. Avoid this company and don’t be fooled by the so called friendly front
