Made about 8 K then requested withdrawal. But they calculate daily 25% rule based on $1400 (no idea from where) which invalidate all the days. Payout become 0

Trading with EA, testing and creating unique setfiles myself. They took away one of my accounts for copy trading regardless. They also change rules a lot, so very unreliable payouts, even though I actually did receive a few to he fair.

I contacted their support and asked for details about how the max daily loss was calculated. They replied. I changed my equity protector to adapt to their rules, based on this reply. But then the account was breached due to max daily loss, cause the rules their support told me was apparently incorrect. But they took absolutely no responsibility for that.

Im trading manually but they denied the payout by saying 'copy trade, live signal etc. HFT passing is 100% but not the payout. Better don't buy any Prop that allow HFT passing. Their business model is different. They only pay small payout to attract people or prove they payout. Don't get baited by HFT prop.

They flagged 2 of my 3 accounts for copytrading (from a third party) even though they're all coming from the same origin account (my personal account). Those accounts were breached and they left the 3rd one running. They were 200k accounts so I'm out about 2k because of that. They're support moves like a snail in molasses and if I did get a reply it was snippy and condescending. Some of the worst customer service I've encountered in the prop firm world. Highly unrecommended. Spend your money elsewhere. You'll waste it here.
