FALSE PAYOUT REJECTION...After trading with Nostro Markets, being profitable. for the last two weeks i have been on the leaderboard (No.1 and No.10) they rejected both my payouts. today i requested a payout and it was rejected for news trading. i traded US30 during CAD CPI but CAD NEWS isnt related to USD indices but affects CAD indices. all other prop firms(fundingpips and holaprime) i trade with doesn't consider Trading US30 during news trading. i have all the proof. the payout rejection was unfair.

First, 2 months without server and no compensation… Nostro promise it was never going to happen again and guess what? Has already happened twice… I was on a trade and suddenly I couldn’t do anything because server was down. Couldn’t manage my trade, couldn’t follow up the trade on real time and when I went to create a ticket, they told me that it wasn’t their fault… that the fault was mine… I ask kindly to revoke those trades because I saw them on profit on tradingview but couldn’t do anything to close it or even change it to break even… it took a reversal and hit my STOPLOSS (no problem with the SL, my problem is THEY DIDNT take any responsibility upon those 30 minutes being down on NY session opening and blame it on me… couldn’t follow up with my trade, couldn’t manage my trade, just watch it on tradingview turn PROFIT into LOSS. Custumer service told me to “manage my risk” instead of taking action and realizing that WE ALL NEED TO BE MONITORING OUR TRADES… they told me the server going down was not their problem… and even told me it only was 10minutes and it was more than 30minutes in NEW YORK OPENING!!) If you want to get an account with them, keep in mind you would have to take under consideration their server been down and without any compensation, worst propfirm ever created. Inefficient personal (mods) that laughs at you on discord if you ask something. Yes they make payment but at what cost? Not being able to trade whenever they feel to bring down the servers… Btw Still 2months+ has passed and no compensation regarding server down for 1 month straight… They don’t give a F about their customers, they laugh at you and also blame whatever mistake they do on YOU… Shame on this propfirm, taking advantage of people and even laughing about it and blaming it on you… Also, I witness when even a Mod on Discord resigned because of this madness and abuser behavior.

To be honest, by the look of things nostrotrading firm will soon be amongst the best prop firm available. Recently had some issues with their server but it's fixed now, showing they have an completive advantage in the industry, very helpful and active support team. Payout never denied what's more better..

Nostro is one of the Best prop firm to me. I am here for a long time. But recently I got funded and already received 2 payouts within 24 hours & I have requested for the 3rd one! At first there was some server issue but they provided handsome compensation for that. During the downtime everyone was frustrated including me behaved roughly with the Mods, Admins as well but they handle it very softly. those days are gone by. Now this time they bought their own server on MT5, called Nostro Market LTD. Hopefully there will be no issue from now. One point should be added that their offering spread is market best. Wishing all the best.

I’ve been connected with Nostro for quite a while now — almost a year — and I’ve purchased more than 10 accounts from them. Their support and overall platform are really great, and their rules aren’t too difficult either. I passed my account in May and received my payout in July. Hello my fans, I see Nostro is unlisted and I first thought, "rally a protest" buh then I decided to PREACH! Now what are we here for, to print money right, and this is a prop firm dishes out payout. So what's there to complain about? The 2% rule? Isn't trading about discipline? Prop firms enhances your capital right, they give you rules to follow. If you want to trade without rules get a personal account. The rule is even per pair and not at a time. So, you're actually not allowed to risk beyond 2% on one particular per at a time. You can have 2 positions risking 2% or lesser. All these for an account you know is 5%DD. I don't think I have ever broken this 2% rule before. And thank God I have had payout with Nostro if not everything I have said here would be cap. Although it's been a while since my payout😭. Anyways, Join or Just watch the Train Move. My experience in Nostro, buying their challenge for the first time, was good when it cames to their rules and guidelines, but while it lasted, the procedures were not followed according to the regulations. They pressured a trader to breach the account. not reliable pro-firm ever.
