Unjustified payout denial on Instant Pro account ($50k) - ID 2818 OFP has blocked my legitimate $807.94 net profit withdrawal citing "Gambling" rules that defy mathematical logic. Despite operating with surgical risk control (Max Drawdown of only 1.02% or $509), the firm relies on a flawed automated script to invalidate professional execution. Key Audited Data: Real Ratio: Largest wins of $539.97 vs losses of $268.35 (Clear 2:1 Ratio). Labeled as "gambling" despite profit doubling the risk. Institutional Metrics: Robust Profit Factor of 1.57 and an Expected Payoff of $67.33 per trade. Contractual Breach & Email Contradiction: OFP applied "consistency rules" to an Instant Pro account which, by contract, has no such requirements. Their lack of professional rigor is evident in their rejection email, where they explicitly state: "you successfully met the Inconsistency Score requirement", proving they are evaluating my performance based on a completely different product's criteria. They also penalize active risk management for closing trades in Break Even (+$4.60, +$5.25) to preserve capital, labeling it as "inconsistency." This is unethical: they acknowledge rule compliance via email but withhold funds, forcing the trader to continue under a "warning." If you are a profitable trader, OFP will invent subjective "post-trade" excuses to avoid paying. I strongly advise all traders to stay away from this prop firm. Do not waste your capital, time, or skills on a platform that changes the rules whenever you become a threat to their bottom line. Trading is hard enough without having to worry if your payout will be arbitrarily denied. Look for firms with proven integrity and clear legal standing, not one that punishes you for being professional and risk-averse.

Top Firm Aspect

Initially, the most appealing aspect of OFP was the Instant Pro model, which promised immediate funding without the need for evaluation phases or profit targets. The flexibility of the product and the initial clarity of the rules suggested a professional environment where a trader could focus on execution and capital preservation. It is deeply disappointing that this perceived simplicity has been replaced by subjective, post-trade rule interpretations that contradict the very terms that made the firm attractive in the first place.

Least Liked Aspect

The absolute lack of contractual transparency and the arbitrary use of subjective rules to deny legitimate payouts. OFP utilizes flawed automated scripts that fail to distinguish between professional risk management and gambling. Despite maintaining a surgical 1.02% Max Drawdown and a 2.01:1 Win/Loss ratio ($539.97 win vs $268.35 loss), my payout was denied based on 'Inconsistency' metrics that are not even part of the Instant Pro agreement. Their support is unprofessional, issuing ultimatums and 'warnings' instead of providing a human senior trader review. This reveals a predatory business model that penalizes profitable traders for practicing capital preservation (Break Even exits) rather than rewarding skill.

Summary

The payout for account 2818 ($807.94 profit) was denied on February 14, 2025, following a compliance review. OFP triggered a subjective "Gambling Rule" violation, claiming my largest loss of $268.35 was "disproportionate." However, this analysis is mathematically flawed as it ignores my largest wins of $539.97 and $410.25, maintaining a clear 2.01:1 win/loss ratio. Furthermore, the denial is based on a contractual error: OFP explicitly stated in their email that I "met the Inconsistency Score requirement," but my account is an "Instant Pro" model which, by contract, has NO consistency or inconsistency rules. They are penalizing active risk management—specifically closing trades at Break Even (+$4.60, +$5.25) to preserve capital—labeling it as "trading inconsistencies." The firm has refused a human senior trader review, instead relying on a biased automated script to withhold legitimate earnings while my Max Drawdown remained at a surgical 1.02%.

I’ve been waiting for a payout that dates back to October 6, 2025, and despite multiple promises from customer support, the issue remains unresolved. I’ve reached out numerous times through chat and email, and each time I’m told that the matter will be handled within 48 hours —yet nothing has changed. The last communication I received was an unclear email response, and I’ve heard nothing back since. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor customer service, especially when they repeatedly fail to follow through on their promises. It’s been months of back and forth with no resolution in sight. I expected far better from OFP. At this point, I just want my payout and some clear communication on what’s being done to resolve the issue.
