Rejected payout request Warning: Unfair Trading Rules & Denied Payouts – Avoid This Company I want to share my experience with this company to warn other traders. Despite making a 5% profit on a $200K account, my payout request was rejected due to what they claimed were rule violations. Event Trading Rule Violation – They accused me of opening a trade 2 minutes and 53 seconds after an event, just 7 seconds short of their 3-minute minimum rule. I find this hard to believe since I was very cautious about news trading, especially knowing their strict rules. Risk Management Rule Violation (3% Rule) – This is the only point where I acknowledge my mistake. I initially thought the 3% risk limit applied per position, not to all open positions combined. One day, I had a 2% risk on one trade and two other trades totaling 3.9% risk, which led to my payout being denied. Instead of notifying me about these issues earlier, they waited until payout time to reject my request and closed my account. They also blocked me on Discord when I tried to negotiate for at least a partial payout, despite my hard work in passing the challenge and trading the live account responsibly. Why You Should Be Cautious They push traders to write positive reviews quickly but don't disclose the small actual payouts people receive. Strict and questionable rules that can be used to deny payouts without prior warning. Older and more reputable companies exist without such extreme restrictions. I see this as an unfair treatment of traders, and I expect to see more negative reviews over time as others experience similar issues. Think twice before joining – your money might just remain a dream.
