Branch: feature/PD-724-lazy-markdown-plugins
Goal: Markdown still renders correctly everywhere; mdast/remark plugins are not in the initial client chunk of non-markdown table routes.

Before you start

• Checkout the PD-724 branch and restart website (pnpm dev or preview)
• Hard-refresh the browser (disable cache optional)
• DevTools Network → filter JS when checking lazy loads

For each route below, initial **client** chunk must have **zero** sources for:
`mdast-util-to-hast`, `remark-gfm`, `remark-breaks`

• Sorting / filters still work

• Open the (i) popover → markdown content appears (brief skeleton OK)
• GFM basics if present (bold, lists, links)
• Network: first open may fetch 1+ JS chunks; second open does not re-fetch the same chunks

• Table loads normally
• Find a commission badge with an info icon / description
• Open popover → markdown description renders
• Close/reopen → no layout breakage

• /prop-firm-reviews — table renders, no console errors
• /prop-firm-lists — table renders, no console errors
  (These should not need markdown; regression that shared PfmDataTable still works)

• Delisted reason text renders as markdown (skeleton → content)
• Expand/collapse “Read more” on long reasons still works
• System warning (AlertExpand) still renders markdown if shown
• No blank flash where skeleton should be on first paint (SSR skeleton restored)

• Open brokers page (route that shows broker risk warnings under rows)
• Risk-warning markdown under a row renders correctly

Markdown output must match previous behavior: GFM (tables, strikethrough, task lists, autolinks) + line breaks.

• Open any blog post with rich content
• Headings, lists, links, tables (if any) render
• Soft line breaks preserved
• Embeds (e.g. tweet / compare embed) still work if present
• Brief skeleton then content is OK

• Open /industry-news/[slug]
• Body markdown renders correctly

Open a firm with filled content and check:

• Overview / common markdown sections
• Rules section
• Consistency rules section
• Payout policy
• Leverage / commissions (if markdown)
• Offers FAQ / discounts / alternatives cards
• AI summary expandable text (if present)
• Funded account CTA / pages (if markdown)

• Announcements card / quoted content
• Awards card / header / voting rules (if season active)
• Compare firms FAQ
• Prop firm rules page (rule-card alerts)
• Demo account cards
• Terms / affiliate terms pages (markdown body)

Note: In dev, chunk URLs are hashed and may not contain react-markdown. Prefer watching for new JS requests on first open, or use the analyzer for AC.

• Challenges table usable
• Spreads commission popover OK
• Unlisted firms reason + warning OK
• One blog + one news + one firm-detail section OK
• No blank popovers / stuck skeletons forever
• Mobile: open consistency (i) and unlisted reason — readable, no overflow crash
